The is the first time at this location as always, the subs are good but what bothered me was the cross contamination as the server was making my sub. You do not take condiments off my sub and place them back into the container, they should go in the trash. Furthermore, you should clean up the prep area and not have food topping spread all over the prep counter. Doubt we will be back to this location, but we will continue to visit our local JM.

late web order. I yelled out hey I don't see my WEB ORDER pickup counter, at that moment I figured something was off because it's late now. Did get a reply sorry were backed up. But after seeing 6 walk in people completed first, my mood changed "if you don't want to make my sandwich I'll take my money back." no response. "You have my money are you making my sandwich?" After standing patiently. Why order on line if coming in gets faster service!This would have been so different if there was some effort to take care of my order when they realized it was late. Not take care of all the walk-ins and then finally start my order. I left feeling penalized for ordering my food on line. If I wanted to not wait I could just leave, but they have my money. I could tell they were annoyed and didn't really want to be there. I would have preferred my money back. They left me stuck waiting for a +$19.06 sandwich add tax. Plus they nerve to ask for a tip. Old review 5 star DEL / now 1 star

The general manager Devon is a condescending, racist, clown. The wait times for orders at this location is ridiculous. They need to get some folks in there with some bleach and Lysol. The restaurant is dirty. Jersey Mike's on Tripleseven road in Sterling, Virginia needs to do better.

Don't order from Jersey Mike's often because they rarely offer a promo. Using the app does make it easy to select what I need and customize. Unfortunately the last 2 times my sub orders had mismatched condiments. Wished their app or company would follow-up with a notification or email because otherwise improvements won't be made.

This was my first ever trying Jersey Mike's. Was greeted when walked in, which is good. I'm glad I didn't get a hot sandwich. Staff looked young, so I opted for a basic Turkey, Ham & Cheese sandwich, I mean Sub. Basic choices of toppings, large is half of a roll, which was $10 for the price. You get 3 slices of cheese, 3 slices of meat, and 2 pieces of half of bacon. lol like what!? Sandwich was good, dont get me wrong. It's just not worth the price at all. Oh, don't be vegan cus cheese and meat cut on the same slicer that's not wiped down after every use. This is definitely a one and done. I'll stick to Subway.

Tried their new portabella cheese steak. It is completely mushroom filled. When ordering I wasn't sure if there would be beef since there is steak in the name and no there wasn't. But it was soo flavorful! Would get it again!

I love the food at Jersey Mike's, but if you advertise that you close at 9 pm - stay open until you close. There were 4 people that showed up at 8:40 pm last night to order from Jersey Mike's in Sterling and we were all turned away as they were locking the door at 8:40. Disappointing :(

Their customer service is terrible. Multiple times I have ordered a brownie dessert with our delivery order and they have substituted ONE small cookie in its place. The brownie costs three times more than a cookie, it is not an equal substitution. It's not a lot of money but it's aggravating. Also they do NOT answer their phone. I've never heard of a takeout restaurant that doesn't answer the phone at all. And importantly, my sandwich this last time wasn't that great. Too much dressing and much of the meat and cheese was hanging off the sides of the roll. This will be my last order from this restaurant. I will be patronizing the many other options from now on.
