Check your order before driving off! I didn’t get a receipt my bag, and didn’t check my order until I got home. They failed to include the sides we were supposed to get with two of our combos. One of them was a big box meal, so I paid over $15 for a few chicken tenders, a drink, and a little side of cold slaw. I got ripped off.

If there is a 0 star rate I would definitely chose it, came here with my kids, ordered the food, food came quick, fries is too old taste like plastic, sandwiches came unmarked, asked them which one is the spicy chicken and which on it normal, no one knows, the fountain drink is not working.This place needs a lot of improvement.

I left coz your cashier was hiding behind on her cell phone. I waited for 3-4 minutes and after I said hello really loud she came out with attitude. Told me my order be ready in 1-2 minutes. (Was online order) then disappeared again. Another customer came and waited. I told him to ask for her louder. She came back and took the order with her cell phone in hand. Then I showed frustration. About 7-9 minutes later and asked where is my order and she said I will make it now. Please fire her. She’s taking your money to talk on her phone. It is today 11/6 at 1235pm.

I went to KFC for lunch and I got my meal through the drive-thru window the people are always very friendly but when I took the top off my drink when I was halfway through there was a baby roach in my drink so I went back and I told the manager and said listen I don't want to but I have to report this to the health department because I was in the business for 30 years and you have to report health issues when you have to report issues like this I hope no one else finds a bug in their drink

These guys are terrible. This is what I sent to corporate:Tonight I was blown away by how bad the service and attention to detail was. Christian was my cashier and has absolutely zero customer service. There was no greeting and no effort to clarify anything. I ordered an eight piece family style meal. I asked for mashed potatoes and gravy and corn for the two sides. And I ordered a Baja Blast which was about the only thing they got... oh that's right, I had to do that myself. When I got home the first thing I noticed was instead of corn we got coleslaw. I can't stand coleslaw and would never order it. When I checked the receipt (Ticket #4007) it indeed said coleslaw. So someone other than Christian was actually paying attention. We got the mashed potatoes but there was no gravy. That seems like a no-brainer. Who just orders the mashed potatoes?! The chicken was warm at best and I could probably use the biscuits as weapons. Frustrated by all of this I went back to the store. Christian stayed back and I could visibly see him chuck what I thought was cole slaw into the trash. I later found out it was the mashed potatoes when I got home the second. Christian had a real attitude problem when I thought I had beast meat. He slid the bucket across the counter and said "There's no breast meat in there?!" I conceded and said my bad. When they packed everything up they literally forgot the gravy again!! So I patiently stood there until some other woman walked by twice before noticing I was clearly waiting for something. There was still no gravy. When I got home and discovered he threw the potatoes away and gave me the coleslaw again I literally wanted to drive back and throw the entire order at his greasy dweeby little face. It doesn't take an under-grad in business to realize how poorly this store is run. I'm not sure what happened over the last six month but it has drastically gone downhill. I don't need any coupons or other stupid bullshit. We don't plan to go back to that KFC. What I would like is for this to be forwarded to the store manager and for Christians punk-ass attitude to be addressed before some customer comes over the counter. Tonight's 34.96 dollar meal was not finger licking good. It was more middle finger good.

I know that fast-food restaurants are a dime a dozen. However, there are some that stand out for the quality of food, service, and atmosphere. Well, i was in a rush and I decided to stop in to get food rather than go through the drive through. And I'm glad I did because the experience was awesome and greatly appreciated. The moment I walk in I'm greeted. Now, a greeting really demonstrates the character of the staff and the manager. So, that was five-star service right off the bat. Then, the food after ordering what I thought would be the usual KFC had to offer, I was impressed because the food was cooked to their standards and the flavor was recognizably KFC. Now, I know what you're thinking all KFC are the same, and this is true. But done standout better than others. And this location, hands down is one of them. The whole experience was amazingly different. In addition, the facility to incur the restrooms were well-maintained. Impressively clean and sanitized. So, yes I'm making a big deal because the staff works their hearts out to make me feel welcomed and they take pride in the food the prepared for their customers. Well done.

The Taco Bell and KFC websites and also Google Business page states that this Taco Bell/KFC location is supposed to be open until 1AM but they always close at midnight or just before midnight. They need to stay open until 1AM or update their hours. The wait times at this location is also super super long! You can take a nap or read a book while waiting for your order to be prepared.
