Worst KFC ever! Or should I say worst fast food branch I ever encountered for! Worst and rude staff!!! I ordered 2 combos and paid over $26 and they didn’t include the right side dish. I supposed to have 3 side dish and I got 2. And guess what, they gave me the accurate order for the only one. I ordered 2 mashed potato and 1 coleslaw. No coleslaw, just one mashed potato! What else? They replaced the coleslaw with bare corn that tastes like soap!!! And the staff?? rude people! I just knocked the window drive thru twice cuz I’m still in before they close, and they never opened it although they are there and they’ve seen me! They’ve signed me that they’re close. Oh yeah because they’re aware on what they do! Maybe they’re just stealing our orders!!! And people commenting here that they never receive the receipt, they’re right! They don’t give your receipt, missing order and I’m not sure about the food. If they can’t handle our orders well, what more about the food? If I could just rate this negative, I would rate it -100! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Blame the manager, can’t handle it well! RUDE STAFF! PEOPLE! DON’T ORDER HERE ANYMORE!!!!

Check your order before driving off! I didn’t get a receipt my bag, and didn’t check my order until I got home. They failed to include the sides we were supposed to get with two of our combos. One of them was a big box meal, so I paid over $15 for a few chicken tenders, a drink, and a little side of cold slaw. I got ripped off.

I left coz your cashier was hiding behind on her cell phone. I waited for 3-4 minutes and after I said hello really loud she came out with attitude. Told me my order be ready in 1-2 minutes. (Was online order) then disappeared again. Another customer came and waited. I told him to ask for her louder. She came back and took the order with her cell phone in hand. Then I showed frustration. About 7-9 minutes later and asked where is my order and she said I will make it now. Please fire her. She’s taking your money to talk on her phone. It is today 11/6 at 1235pm.

I went to KFC for lunch and I got my meal through the drive-thru window the people are always very friendly but when I took the top off my drink when I was halfway through there was a baby roach in my drink so I went back and I told the manager and said listen I don't want to but I have to report this to the health department because I was in the business for 30 years and you have to report health issues when you have to report issues like this I hope no one else finds a bug in their drink
