Went thru the drive thru ordered ans then told me to wait outside the store no one came outside after me waiting so I went in, not sure what the point of drive thru Is then. Forgot my food and drink half of the order when I mentioned it, they just looked at me as if I wasn’t telling the truth. They went in the back and confirmed it on their computer and handed it to me. Didn’t even apologize.

I recently visited Kentucky Fried Chicken, and I had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly, but what truly stood out was the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was exceptional. They took the time to greet each customer personally, made sure our orders were prepared to perfection, and checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. The restaurant was clean, the food was delicious, and the manager’s leadership truly made the difference. I highly recommend this KFC location, and I’ll definitely be back!

It has been 3 years since last visit. Reason this store NEVER has crispy chicken and it is usually around 5:PM. That when it should be piled up with chicken like Popeyes. I will give them another chance in 3 years. Look out Popeyes here I come. It sucks because I like KFC and it is 1/2 mile from house. I tried 4 times this week for crispy and no luck.
