Put in an order around 11 am to be picked up at 11:45. I get here at 11:45, take my daughter to the bathroom and wait at the counter and this takes me 5 - 6 minutes. An employee asks if I'd like to order i say I'm picking up a mobile order. She looks confused and goes to look for it. I sit there for another 3 minutes and then hear them reciting my order out in Spanish. 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready to be picked up and they were just putting it together. People go on lunch breaks for work and put in orders ahead to avoid being late or not being able to eat lunch. Restaurant is never even busy and it's like this every time I put in a mobile order.

I had the pleasance of dealing with a Ms. Olga. She literally brightened my day. She went above and beyond to not only do her job but make sure customer service was top tier. She had a smile on her face the entire time and made sure I had all that I needed and i left happy. The most pleasant experience I’ve had with fast food worker ever. I know this sounds over the top but she is an amazing person. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

Orla is very rude and she does not listen instead she yells for no reason. 2nd time dealing with her. 1st time was door dashing and I asked for a sticker per the customers requesT the ddrnk and she and i had a screaming match over protecting The customers food. Very unprofessional!!!

I’ve only dined here twice, and both times the cashier turned my dine-in order into takeout.
I can’t tell if it’s intentional—maybe they just don’t want me eating here and messing up their tables or something.
