King Pollo of Sterling

Been several times in the last few weeks and have never been disappointed. Seeing some other negative reviews but everything is fresh when I get there granted it is 11:00 a.m. Food is great and so is the 1/4 chicken lunch special. Love the fried rice the potato and macaroni salad! It's a regular spot for me now since it's close by my work.
Also they don't charge for extra green or white sauce and have bottles available to use while dining in, first place I've been to that does that

Scam Artist. I ordered a large beef soup for 12.99 i was charged 15.50 in person. I also ordered chicken and it was sooooo dry with no seasoning. I will not be coming back. One pic of the menu located up on the wall and my receipt. FYI the line that says "side" Thats the soup and it was cold and i did not receive the tortilla as it is listed on the menu.

I came here as a good friend reccomended it, and well I am second guessing our friendship. Got a 1/4 chicken with rice and Yuca and an Inca Cola. The best part of the meal: Inca Cola....

Got big teeth? Use this Yuca to grind them down as the Yuca was like a brick.

Like eating licorice? Try their chicken no taste, drier than the Yuca( yeah I know) actually just go to the Safeway in front of it and get licorice instead....

Bro, the service is terrible, neither friend and I went to get something for breakfast, we were looking at what drinks we were having from the fridge when the person who answers the line yelled at us that we had to order in a rude way and yelling, it's a girl who has a mole. You can easily see it on your face smh, customer service is rubbish I wish I could give 0 stars

this place is a very good place to go eat, when you out with your family. the workers there are nice but there is this one lady that has a very rude attitude need to work on that, i understand that you wanna go home but customer service is a key to everything.
