This is our favorite Japanese style restaurant. The sushi is awesome, the grilled fare fantastic and the entire staff are excellent and always friendly. Portions are huge and we always have a second meal to take home with us. Their best kept secret however is the all you can eat lunch buffet which is offered on select days.
Staff is very friendly, buffet has a variety of sushi rolls and cook items for you to try, including soup and salad and is relatively inexpensive for lunch in Northern Virginia. I will be sure to return when ever I have a craving for Japanese food.

Such a great place. Great for taking a leisurely three-course lunch at the sushi buffet. Healthy tasty vegetarian hot-food options, friendly efficient considerate staff. Brainstorming at Kobe is the thing I probably miss most since quarantine started, and I really hope to get back there.
