I know Little Austria from an Arlington farmers market at Court House. I had the apple strudel and apple and mixed berries strudel. Both were amazing.

I got a cherry strudel at their stand at the Dupont Circle Farmers market and was unpleasantly surprised. The pastry was soft, the filling barely had fruit, the filling was heavily diluted with flour to the point we found chunk of flour in it roughly comprising half of the filling. It looked good from a visual standpoint but was solidly disappointing.

We had their strudel for the first time yesterday, and it was fantastic! We met them at the Augustoberfest in Hagerstown, Maryland.
I placed a large order for a corporate Oktoberfest I was catering and was very pleased. The owner reached out right away, made plans for delivery, and the product was excellent quality. It was sliced uniformly, easy to heat and serve with my vanilliesoße. Thanks for making my event much easier!

20250311 I wanted to try their strudels for over a year. The farmers market locations are not that convenient for me, and the Reston market is always so busy, that I stayed away. I found them on too good to go and i can pick up at the bakery!! I just ate 1, baked following instructions, ate with ice cream, but i didn't have any whipped cream. I really like the pastry part... crispy and light sweetness. The filling is good and not very sweet... mild sweetness. Next time, I'll order the cheese strudel. They look delicious 😋. The owner was sooo nice and answered all my questions. I felt so welcome. I can order online and pick up at the store. So convenient for me!!!

The. Best. Apple. Strudel. Ever. Fresh. Not overly sweet. Freezes well for those fans who are not close for the regular pick up. Great friendly service. I am usually not a desert person, but I am happy to make an exception for Little Austria! Danke schon!

I have been here before and it was great. I stopped by again but this time we couldn’t eat the strudel. My daughter went to warm them up and found a hair hanging out a piece which was thrown away. She warmed up the rest and then I cut into my piece and another hair was found. This looks like hair that would not be found on your head. Maybe armpit or other hair. Won’t be back to this place now.

I had a wonderful experience working with Berni and Little Austria. We used them for our firm Christmas bags last year, and everyone enjoyed the well-made product.

The best dessert I have ever had. My sister loved the apple strudles I got from here and I fell in love with the cheese pecan and honey. Ilfor sure order more for other special occasions. Wholeheartedly recommend.

The strudel was the best I've ever had. You can really taste the freshness of the ingredients! Berni is also a really kind person and his whole demeanor is like a ray of sunshine!
