MangoLina - Sterling

I am a huge Mangolina fan and I would consider myself an avid customer but unfortunately these last couple of times I’ve come in I come out very disappointed due to the customer service. The most recent time I came in was last Thursday, I came in around 8:02pm and before even going in I am being looked at by both the employees working that night with a very rude, mean face, I still walk in and it takes the girl closer to the register a while to attend me. I shrug off there mean faces and continue to order while ordering I am feeling rushed and I am someone who doesn’t like to say anything or think the worst in people but this is now a continues thing where there employees are always being rude and rushing! Overall I placed my order and the order was delicious as per usual but I am just writing this review so the owner Maurcio Molina can see this and really take time to enforce to his employees to be kind and welcoming to customers instead of being pushy and rude making them feel uncomfortable and pushing them away!

I bought a MangoNada was fresh and delicious and the young ladies make it right away this is my first time trying I am from New York and came to visit a friend I wish to have a mangolina that I can buy me a mangonada everyday on summer but not only that the staff was friendly and they went above and beyond giving recommendations what I can try and I am satisfied with my mangona and the customer service I got. I can’t wait to try the ice cream. I hope the owner can open more stores in New York

We drove an hour to try this place and it was worth every minute and penny! We tried the MangoNada, elote in a cup, horchata, and dulce fresa it all was amazing and fresh. We’ll definitely be back to try some more stuff

I love their sorbete de carretón but I went last Sunday and the sorbete was way too sweet that I had to throw it away.I always go there only for the sorbete but this time was very disappointed

I absolutely love their mango — it’s fresh, flavorful, and truly delicious. However, the customer service unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired, which really takes away from the overall experience.

During my most recent visit, I asked a simple question about the ingredients due to allergy concerns, which I believe is a reasonable and important request. Instead of getting a helpful response, I was met with silence and felt completely ignored by the staff. It was disappointing and honestly felt disrespectful.

It’s unfortunate because the product itself is fantastic, and it’s clear the business has great potential. My family and I used to drive 50 minutes from another state just to enjoy their mango, but sadly, after this experience, we won’t be returning. Great food deserves equally great customer service, and I hope the owners consider investing in training their staff to match the quality of what they offer.

The worst fresas con crema I have taste in my life. Mangonada needs to be improve by adding real mango frozen, the frozen tastes off.

Why so little of the mango smoothie on mangonadas, it taste so good but so small portion for $8

I loved the elotes locos and the mango twist delicious very flavorful.

I love this place! If no one got me, I know Mangolina does?I love any of the mango items(duh), the strawberries with condensed milk, and the horchata can be made with regular milk or almond milk! I’m Salvadoran and grew up eating some of these sweet treats but never found a good place does it justice…but mangolina does! Treat yourself to a lil sweet treat today!

The drink wasn’t drinkable. I ordered a mangonada and it was just mango.. I couldn’t even drink it. Not traditionally made (very amateur) wouldn’t come again. Also I only do reviews if I think something is really bad so u earned it ?

I tried their mango twist: I chose mango box that was a bit more green/raw, asked to not put any green spices, no chip crumbs.
I asked them to make it spicy, put lemon, tahjin and those hot sauce that they use
And she made it so well! It tasted amazing. Perfect amount spice, lemon and salt

This is an Amazing place to enjoy with Family and Friends, the girls that work here are friendly and kind. The place is clean and organize, good atmosphere ?. Definitely recommend to come here.
