There’s no way I’d call this a Reuben. I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed in the Reuben sandwich I received. The meat was sliced as thin as a sheet of paper. The meat was also extremely overcooked making it hard to chew. It was so tough and rubbery that it was difficult to swallow. The sandwich was nowhere near worth the $10 I paid. If you’re going to market food as “New York style,” then it should live up to the quality. What was advertised is not what was received.

Come here for breakfast! The Breakfast Supreme calzone was delicious! Eggs sausage mushrooms onion bell pepper and a marinara sauce on the side. One fed my wife and I. We will keep coming back for Saturday morning breakfasts.

Absolute worst experience I’ve had in a long time ordering a pizza of all things. We called the phone number to the Herndon location and somehow were routed to the Sterling location because apparently the Herndon location is now closed - although the phone number and business itself STILL show open. We called in an order and asked for delivery, provided our address (that we know is within the range of the store we were calling Herndon as we’ve had pizza deliveries before to our address), and were told the delivery would arrive within 40 minutes. Didn’t think anything of it our order was processed and we just waited. About an hour later the driver called us and said we were not at our location in Sterling to which we said right.. we provided our address in Herndon. Gave the address and followed up with the store who said the driver will be here soon. Then we get a call almost two hours after we originally called our order in to be told we would be receiving a refund because we are out of the delivery zone. Staff and management were not helpful in the least and continued to offer a refund rather than addressing the actual issue at hand. We ordered delivery in the first place because both cars we own are in the shop and would have never predicted this circumstance.. we did the same thing we always do when ordering. Did no one want to mention to us we were out of the service area when we gave our address the first time?? Even after telling a manager all of these details we had to be extremely persistent and refuse to take their answers just to get our food because this clearly was not our error. Somehow now 2 1/2 hours later we’re still waiting for our food…. absolutely ridiculous.

This place is awful I ordered a pizza and after 2 hours of waiting and calling they kept saying the drivers close only 5 more minutes. Then after another 20 minutes with my child hu gry asking for food they are trying not to cancel my order so they can call the driver who ends up still being another 10-mi s away . Keep your cold pizza awful service and refund me!

I don’t recommend the Alfredo chicken pasta , they dont put Alfredo salsa and not enough chicken it was dry , not much flavor

This place has fallen off hard recently. Pizza was cold and had 0 flavor, fries tasted like nothing and were soggy, wings tasted like frozen nuggets. The blue cheese i’m pretty sure was rotten because it looked and tasted awful. This place used to be really good but not anymore. Its school cafeteria quality now

Went to collect an order which included two cups of coffee. They had no cup holders and of course no cup sleeves coffee was super hot and of course it spilled and I got burnt ..staff saw and couldn’t careless ….you are not prepared to serve breakfast for take out if you don’t have utensils for hot beverages …

Literally went to the restaurant at 8:30. And no cashier was available. The cook looked at us and told us sorry no cashier ?. We stood there and left eventually when the cook told us to leave. She wasn’t even welcoming and was like done with her job ?
