Manhattan Pizza-Sterling

They forgot the drink we ordered and all of our dips. When calling them about it, they didn't apologize and only refunded the exact amount of these missing items, as if it's just something to be expected with their service.

If you are looking for good local places, try Santini's or Deli Italiano, which are both amazing and have never gotten our orders wrong after a dozen-plus orders from them.

We had dine in early in the day and delivery later the same evening.

Place was spotless, food was fresh, made to order, and tasty. We had a pepperoni pizza and reuben jalapeno bagel, both were delicious.

Delivery was okay, a little past the time estimated. We had a pear & gorgonzola salad, Italian hoagie, and chicken alfredo. Alfredo was kind of bland but the hoagie and salad were great. Also, coffee was unexpectedly good here.

Will definitely come back again when in the area. Thank you!

“Closest Thing to Real NY Pizza in Northern VA”
Manhattan Pizza in Sterling is hands-down the best NY-style pizza I’ve had in the area — and I’ve tried all the so-called “favorites.” This place actually gets it right: thin foldable crust, perfect cheese-to-sauce ratio, and that authentic New York flavor most places fake but don’t deliver.

Me and my friends come here regularly, and the quality is always on point. Whether we’re grabbing slices or a full pie, it’s consistent, fresh, and never disappointing. Plus, the service is solid — they’re fast, friendly!

Literally the worst pizza I have ever had, this makes me want to break open the Pizza MRE i have sitting in my basement. I ordered 2 Cheese slices, frozen pizza would have been a step up. Probably my worst lunch in a long time.

Decided to try somewhere new for take out. Ordered pizza, a calzone, and a variety of appetizers to get a sampling of the food. Whoever delivered the food left it on the door step without ringing the bell, knocking, or doing anything to indicate it was there. Don't know how long it was sitting there, but I found it by chance by going outside for something else. The food was room temp, so we had to reheat it in the oven. The food was edible, that's about all we can say about it. Very poor first experience, will not order from here again.

There’s no way I’d call this a Reuben. I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed in the Reuben sandwich I received. The meat was sliced as thin as a sheet of paper. The meat was also extremely overcooked making it hard to chew. It was so tough and rubbery that it was difficult to swallow. The sandwich was nowhere near worth the $10 I paid. If you’re going to market food as “New York style,” then it should live up to the quality. What was advertised is not what was received.

Come here for breakfast! The Breakfast Supreme calzone was delicious! Eggs sausage mushrooms onion bell pepper and a marinara sauce on the side. One fed my wife and I. We will keep coming back for Saturday morning breakfasts.

Absolute worst experience I’ve had in a long time ordering a pizza of all things. We called the phone number to the Herndon location and somehow were routed to the Sterling location because apparently the Herndon location is now closed - although the phone number and business itself STILL show open. We called in an order and asked for delivery, provided our address (that we know is within the range of the store we were calling Herndon as we’ve had pizza deliveries before to our address), and were told the delivery would arrive within 40 minutes. Didn’t think anything of it our order was processed and we just waited. About an hour later the driver called us and said we were not at our location in Sterling to which we said right.. we provided our address in Herndon. Gave the address and followed up with the store who said the driver will be here soon. Then we get a call almost two hours after we originally called our order in to be told we would be receiving a refund because we are out of the delivery zone. Staff and management were not helpful in the least and continued to offer a refund rather than addressing the actual issue at hand. We ordered delivery in the first place because both cars we own are in the shop and would have never predicted this circumstance.. we did the same thing we always do when ordering. Did no one want to mention to us we were out of the service area when we gave our address the first time?? Even after telling a manager all of these details we had to be extremely persistent and refuse to take their answers just to get our food because this clearly was not our error. Somehow now 2 1/2 hours later we’re still waiting for our food…. absolutely ridiculous.

This place is awful I ordered a pizza and after 2 hours of waiting and calling they kept saying the drivers close only 5 more minutes. Then after another 20 minutes with my child hu gry asking for food they are trying not to cancel my order so they can call the driver who ends up still being another 10-mi s away . Keep your cold pizza awful service and refund me!

I don’t recommend the Alfredo chicken pasta , they dont put Alfredo salsa and not enough chicken it was dry , not much flavor
