Literally went to the restaurant at 8:30. And no cashier was available. The cook looked at us and told us sorry no cashier ?. We stood there and left eventually when the cook told us to leave. She wasn’t even welcoming and was like done with her job ?

Don’t order delivery from this place. Ours was 50 minutes late. Pizza arrived room-temp. And the ranch dip tastes funky, like rubbing

It took an hour and 45 minutes to get a dried-up, completely cold pizza. The problem seemed to be that they only had one driver. They kept telling me the pizza was on the way, "The driver will be there in 7 minutes."

You might as well order Domino's or Pizza Hut for the same price. Expansive but for less quality. My take out order took an hour and a half to arrive and I live 10 minutes away from the Sterling location. The wings were cold and so was the pizza. The pizza had so much flour on the bottom and the wings barely had sauce. Never again.

We've always liked Manhattan and were happy that we recently moved into their delivery area. We placed an order for delivery recently. I was sitting right next to my wife when she placed the order on the phone. She repeated our address twice, very clearly. However, after waiting an hour and a half and no pizza, we realized the driver was trying to call us back. He finally arrived - showed me that the delivery ticket had the wrong house number. He'd been driving around for probably 40 minutes, knocking on doors trying to find the right house. And our pizza was completely cold - not in a themal bag either i noticed. We called the restaurant back and dealt with an obviously young inexperienced employee who was not equipped or authorized to deal with this situation properly. After being placed on hold numerous times while we tried to eat our cold pizza and feed our kids, we were promised a full refund. Sure enought this week we check our bank account and only about 20% has been refunded. It doesn't help that their pizza is overpriced either. We won't be ordering from there again.

I’ve enjoyed other Manhattan locations but this one is never getting my business again. I ordered the cheese fries with bacon and got home to only regular fries a 4$ price difference. Nice of them to steal from me. The Santini‘s in the next shopping center over is much better.

Horrible place to order! Missing food, 2 hrs for food and live less then 1 mile away. A chef salad came with lettuce, egg and greens, nothing more! Gyros came with no sauce at all. Called and said what was wrong, they said theyd send it right away. It took another hour for the meet for the chef salad but still no GYRO sauce! Called back and asked to speak to manager to which they responded, "Why... Whats wrong" band the manager isnt there..... Horrible phone service! Order somewhere else!

I called at 7:55 they said they would resend some of the order “right away”. Order still isn’t here at 9:30pm. I wish I could say this was the first time. Still no food, no call back, no one picking up the phone. So I called from another number and was hung up on.
