The food was terrible, the bread was as hard as a brick and the chicken nuggets were also hard. The teenagers that attended me were rude when I asked why was the food so hard. The lady that attended me said “to be honest I don’t know, I just work here sir”
The straw that broke the camels back was when I saw a cockroach underneath the sweet tea dispenser.
Please someone report this issue, it’s winter in PA so… it’s not that hard to do a fumigation and get rid of roaches.

This McDonald's is particularly awful.
First off, the order accuracy is non-existent. ALWAYS check at the payment window that they got your order right, then check your bag when you get it. Unfriendly employees don't make this process any easier or better.
Food is inconsistent and sloppily assembled, even by low McDonald's standards. It's just not good.

I don't know why they can't make the order the way you ask, it's because they already have it made and they give it to me. Several times I ask for a Big Mac and they don't make it the way I ask for it and when I tell them they get angry last time I didn't want the ones. cucumbers and they gave them to me and I called. The manager told me to give the name and they were going to give me another one and when I went and told them they didn't give it to me. And they also never have chocolate. Maybe they don't want to do it. Unfortunately bad service, nothing serious.

I made an order to pick it up in the parking lot, and I couldn't put in my parking number, I went inside to show them that I made the order, they took the money from the bank and it says what I asked for and all the necessary information, and they told me no. They received the food, they did not want to give it to me, even after seeing all the information on the order. After a while they told me to order again, and I was going to have to pay again. This is the second time the same thing has happened to me, I won't go back there again.

So i had an issue with the mobile app where a receipt wasn't generated but they charged my card. So on 11/18/24 @ 8:30ish I called the restaurant and ask to see if they got my order and I explained that idk why the app didn't give me a receipt but I got charged and if he can check to see if he got an order. He kept asking for a receipt number and trying to explain to me where to find it. Which is fine but I kept telling him thats it's not there. He saw that there was an order and even said my name and I was like great that's me. Can you just confirm what I ordered and he kept asking for a receipt number which for the 100th time I don't have it but you have my name and I'm telling you what is in the order just confirm it and I'll go pick it up. Then he tried to get me to cancel the order. I told him im not trying to cancel it i already paid, i just want to make sure you have it and thats it. Then he asked asking for a order number and I'm like dude, i told you i dont have it. Then he lies to me and says he can't see what's in there order. I'm like...umm your freaking lieing to me.. of course you can see the order as you can see from the attached photo on this post. Then he tries to gaslight me by saying that I shouldn't talk to him like that and I shouldnt call him a lier. And clearly he's lieing because there no way you can't see the order that I already paid for, and which you just said you have my name yet you cant see... like how are you going to make an order you can't see... that doesnt make any sense.. it's not like I'm asking for anything free, I'm just trying to make sure you got my order. Then he says I don't have time for you, and he leaves the phone open and starts talking trash to the other workers about me calling him a lier. Gaslighting me as if I was the one being rude... their own web page says that they can see the order. All I ask was for him to confirm and I'll be right there. I don't know what the problem was...but if he doesn't want to be called a lier then don't lie for no reason. Then don't try to gaslight me as if I was treating you bad. And try to get me to cancel my order. Idk what his deal was but there's no need to lie to people and then gaslight them when they call you out. I understand it's not an easy job. He shouldn't be lying to people who are just trying to confirm an order. This is not the 1st time managers at this McDonald's have been rube just for asking simple questions.
