I still don't understand how they randomly tell you to pull over into a space and wait for someone to bring your food, but yet 4 cars that were behind you get their food at the window. And when they bring the food, it's cold.

For 15 years I came to this location three times a week until they only gave me one orange juice when I ordered two and refused to give me another unless I drove around and waited in a 20 car line.

If you don't speak Spanish, don't bother going to this McDonald's. The staff only want to speak Spanish to customers. The food quality is hit or miss.

Actually the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. Staff speaks zero English at all. Orderbox does not work. Of the 5 orders I have made from this location, not one has ever been correct.

Worse place even a guy so mean he dint even ask if I was going to use my mobile app and when i told him at the Window he was o mean.
I heard McDonalds was doing bad as of late but I didn’t know it was doing that bad to the point of skimping customers on their orders. Friendly advice, stay away from this McDonalds try your luck at the Herndon location, tho is not that much better to be honest.

Very bad servis. I order in app ice cream $4 and Shee put cone I crem in my order the she put it in con handed to me half size the ice crem of almost melted without a spoon. I left ice cream at counter and will never come to this location again.

It was a very pleasant first experience to enter mac Donald's , I tried the Mac meal for 5 dollars. First time ever tried a chicken burger. No beef or anything else it, I thought I have a bigger bread.
