I orders a pack of 3 cookies and ice coffee only for the guy to repeat my order and not actually put it in correctly I paid for my items and I get to the pick up window to be told they weren't rang up and he was not going to ring them up where I was he told me to go back around I asked are u serious he said in a nasty manner no im not and you can go . I told him I will never go to that Mc Donald again I will report them and continue to until management and service is done...
First McDonald's at the level of Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia, among other states, that all staff. Say hello, smile You always find friendly staff but I have never found a restaurant where all the staff greet you and smile, it doesn't matter if it's someone else, the rest of the staff is friendly... I only leave ????? 5 stars because I couldn't take it anymore. Thank you for your great service keep it up
