McDonald's

I entered in a wheelchair and ordered through the app selecting bring it to my table. My table number was 103. When my food was ready they called out an internal order number at the counter and took my food back to the kitchen. I then waited to be acknowledged at the counter and they began the search for my food. By the time I got my food it was cold. But also my drink cup was empty. I asked if they could fill my cup up and they pointed towards the drink machine. I told them the boxes prevented me from getting to the machine. This occurred with three different employees. Did I say wheelchair? I'm on crutches and in the motorized cart Walmart has available. So I repeatedly rammed the stack of boxes with my electric motor driven cart to clear enough space to reach the drink machine. The employee watched this and still did not offer to help. I got my drink. I'm loving it.

This was during breakfast on a sunday at 10 am rush hour.So I don't expect exceptional service from fast food,but i do expect that when my order is wrong that the guy in the second window handing me my food not roll his eyes at me when i tell him my ice coffee is wrong. I paid money and the order was made wrong. Simple as that just give me what i paid for. The person taking the order is rushing you so maybe that is why the order was made wrong in the first place. Again i PAID for my food then it should be made right. I didnt ask for anything crazy. NO CREAMER in my ice coffee. Dont expect your food to be made right at this location.

VERY busy, but a very convenient location. The drive-thru lane is always horrendously long. You only stop here when you don't want to look for another place. The food is generally okay, as it was today.

Julio 5, 2024 Saturday 10:10pm, I have never seen service as bad as at this McDonald's. A rude Hispanic woman, I asked her for mayonnaise, she wanted to charge me $0.75 cents and then I asked her for a refill of sweet tea and she told me there are no refills. in a despicable way. The worst woman I have ever seen serving a McDonald's. They should fire her. Not only from McDonald's, but also from this country for being rude and spoiled.

Went in last night with my fiance and father in law and order a sweet tea and they gave me a unsweetened tea asked for a refund they Said they gave it to me but checked my bank account this morning and they never refunded the money so I called and the first time I called they answered and hung up so I called through my fiance phone and the same person answered and started to laugh at me because I told them I never got the refund

Out of all McDonald I have visited,this one decided to charge me 27cents for a buffalo sauce.I was in shocked don’t give them 27cents for a preferred sauce.

i don't really know why we have a mcdonalds in the walmart when there is a perfectly better one right across the street. this one never makes my fries quickly and they're never as crispy as i would like. they are rude and food tastes bland.
