Ordered a simple double cheeseburger aroind 1130 pm. Get home, it's a regular cheeseburger. Go back, and they dump another patty on it and call it a night. Cheese was cold, burgers cold, bread stale. Disgusting. Won't be back. Been coming here for years durong tje day. If you can't serve your menu 24 hours a day, close up early. Seriously, the food was so disgusting, I threw it out. An hour of going back and forth twice. And I don't see them giving a damn.

I wanted to use my points. I placed an order for 2 fries and 2 drinks. I placed the order for curbside. I waited over 20 minutes just for 4 small things. I called and the lady answered very disrespectful “what do you need” I let her know I was waiting for my order for over 20 minutes and she said “ok wait” and hung up. When we received our fries. They were very cold, oily and hard. So disappointing, not worth using my points or time.

I ordered my food FRESHLY COOKED! I know how long each food takes to cook and I get cold potatoes and cold meat… hello! I'm paying for my food, they're not giving it to me for free.

Suffers from the same issues as other McDonald's. The Kiosk is a customer service killer. You could sit at the register forever and not get an acknowledgement. I normally don't care because I prefer the kiosk because of the rewards system. But the seasonal McRib is not listed in the Kiosk. I ordered everything else and just decided to order it at the register. That didn't happen after waiting there for minutes on end seeing workers scurry about. I was here before when a woman came in cursing them out for not paying attention to her daughter who was trying to order something at the counter. I've added apps for other fast food spots just because of this reason.

Me and my sister went here and they were very rude this man made our food and forgot a free frappe and sauces and a McFlurry my sister tried telling him he forgot and he walked away and also a uber eats pick up guy came in trying to tell them he’s picking up and they walked past him and ignored I got a medium frappe they gave me a small I got a large fry and they gave me a medium very unacceptable we usually have good experience and today was not their day..

The lack of empathy of the manager of this business is incredible and apart from the racism she carries against her own Hispanic community, it turns out that I went there to look for some Caramel Frape and a hamburger and the manager on duty served me, in a way like If I were his enemy or something like that, but behind me came an American and everything changed when it was his turn, since he went from having a bitter and angry face to a big smile and a totally different attention without knowing that Like the other client, I am also American, but it is not about your status but rather that we are all clients and we all deserve the same treatment and the same respect, honestly, that woman's culture is low, yes, education it's on the floor

Comes up, snatches the sandwich from my hands, says some stuff in Spanish into the headset and walks away.
2 minutes later I get my burger, but what happened to customer service??
