Just like a recent reviewer wrote here, a large, live cockroach crawled out of my fries halfway through eating them from this location last night at around 8:30 pm. These fries were fresh, which tells me their cockroach infestation is so severe that cockroaches can infest fries that have just been made. Do not eat here. This is a severe public safety concern. I have reported the incident to the health department and corporate.

DO NOT EAT HERE. If I could give this restaurant 0 stars; trust me, I most definitely would. I found an insect INSIDE my french fries from this McDonald’s. This is beyond disgusting—it’s horrifying and completely unacceptable. I was already eating the fries when I noticed it, which made me feel sick to my stomach. This shows a severe lack of cleanliness and food safety. If a roach made it into my food, there is no way this kitchen is sanitary. This is a serious health hazard and should be investigated immediately. I will never return, and I strongly warn anyone reading this to stay far away.

Service is usually quick for drive through, not so much when I've gone inside. The food is always hot and fresh, but my order is almost always wrong. The toppings on my burger are usually wrong, and they occasionally forget sauces.

People on cellphone with speaker on only buying a cup of coffee. Order was wrong then when asked to be corrected they said they didn't have the items. Told tough luck!

I don't know if it was the mobile order app but my collection of the order threw this location into a tailspin. They asked to see my mobile order at the 1st window and the attendant stared at it like the screen had cast a spell on her thus putting her in a trance like state until I asked what was wrong. She then direct me to pull to the next window where I assume the manager met me and asked to also look at my mobile order on my mobile. Oh, my order wasn't ready and I waited a few minutes which was okay since I was the only car in the drive thru at that moment. But as soon as my order was completed he hands it to me and then slams the window and quickly walks away. I had to flag/wave down an attended to get my condiments. No reciept, not monopoly game pieces on my purchases but the food was hot and nicely prepared. I would have rather had them tell me to cancel the mobile order and start over to make sure they're system was working correctly but that's after the fact. A big plus wasbmy food didn't look drop kicked into the bag before hand it to me and my soda actually was correct.
Wow never going here again terrible hard burgers no ketchup mustard on the McDoubles the spicy mchickens were terrible and hard too. Seems like they had been sitting out all day gross!
