Very bad service, they don't treat you well and the order is almost always wrong. The workers do not have good treatment with customers.

BE CAREFUL!! They don’t pay attention. The girl in the drive through knocked the phone out of my hands and my screen broke and the side damaged. The manager at the shift didn’t know what to do and she called the supervisor apparently. 2 minutes and 15 calls later he had enough energy to pick up the phone and say gave an office number. Just like the way they were at the restaurant the people in the office were useless as well. Saying that they can’t do anything! THE FRANCHISE OWNER IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST CONSTANTLY CREATING NEW CASES, MANAGERS ARE NEVER AROUND EITHER. THEY BROKE A $1300 NEW PHONE AND NO ONE IS TAKING RESPONSIBILITY!

Every time I go to the drive-through and give my order in the speaker it's suddenly forgotten the minute I get to the window and then I'm asked who did I give my order to. so who the heck was I speaking to in the speaker? This has happened already six times

Clean nice and quick BUT !! And I speak on early morning around 530-6 am there’s a specific manager that needs fired every time she’s there it’s best you leave they’ll serve you old hard bagels and or even the steak will be overcooked and hard/dried up and this ain’t cheap like and when you say anything to her she yells back at you like having a complain about your food or drinks NOT Allowed and she knows who she is so go ahead and LIE I got it on all on video!! Today she tried to give me a lager orange HICI and it was all watered down. It to mention it was a quarter missing the employee in the window refused her demand as asked if I’d like something else !! I got no clue how they hire people to manage like this but it’s amazing when other managers are on duty place is great
