These guys don’t seem to have their act together. Unfortunately it’s across the street from work. Fast food no matter how long it takes. If you complain, they will send you a coupon for a free meal, but don’t expect them to fix any of the problems.
For the promo for Szechuan sauce, it said it started at 2pm, well come to find out the manager had been selling them all morning, so when a crowd of 30+ people show up ON TIME, like they said to, we were all pissed go find out only 10 sauces were left. Needless to say for promotional deals I probably won’t be going back to this location.

For example, the McCrispy sandwich may come with a chicken patty, bun, pickles, and no lettuce or mayo. The condiment center has a working ketchup dispenser, soda fountain, and ice dispenser, with straws, napkins, and cup lids available. Other items like spoons, forks, salt, and pepper need to be requested.
