Rude staff, especially management. Ordering through the mobile app results in wrong food, if they make your food at all. Corporate customer service is a joke. Especially leaving you on hold until the opt you into a survey and hang up. Save your money and stress, go elsewhere.

Came on a weekday for lunch. The drive thru had a long line, and there were people inside ordering. I chose to order inside (kiosk) and service was fast. :)

I often take my child to an activity across from this mcdonald's and get her dinner here before class. I parked in their parking lot, bought and ate their food, then took my daughter to class.
The manager disrupted our class to make people more their car and threatened to tow. I clarified that I had parked in the lot because I was a customer. He told me to park elsewhere because I was inconveniencing his customers. I asked if I was a customer, again he told me to park elsewhere to stop inconveniencing his customers. If taking my money weekly doesn't make me a customer, I wont give this location any more money.

Terrible service. Neither the employees not the manager seem to give a damn about serving the customers. Neither kiosk worked properly. When asked for assistance, the employees looked annoyed and the manager argued with us, saying it's working fine. Even if you are starving, do not come to this McD.

The drive thru workers were very rude. He also lied that he put the sauces in my bag but when I checked it was not inside. I went inside and he started yelling at me and thru the sauces in my bag. Very rude behavior and will reach out to the morning manager.
