Slowest, and most disorganized McDonald's I've been too. 15 minutes for a single large fry while I'm standing in view of the fryer and baskets with fries ready. So much walking in circles back there. Honestly ridiculous. Bathrooms were clean so 2 stars

I guess it's asking too much to expect the staff of a McDonald's in Virginia to speak English. I can never understand them and they frequently mess up my orders because I can only assume they have no idea what I'm saying when I order English.

I ordered through the drive-thru and was asked to park and wait for a very simple order (a Quarter Pounder Deluxe meal). After waiting several minutes, I received an undercooked hamburger. I couldn’t eat it.

Stopped in this morning to get two medium hot chocolates, could not get them because the guy said the machine has been broken for 2 months, that is absolutely pathetic and no excuse for that I blame that on the management and the people that own this McDonald's well I will tell you what I will never come here again, horrible service horrible atmosphere and you cannot provide a simple thing like hot chocolate to the public especially during Christmas outrageous

DONT BE SURPRISED ON THE QUAILTY OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This manager’s actions reflect a severe lapse in leadership and a clear disregard for your brand’s standards. I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate disciplinary action to ensure this individual is held accountable. No customer should endure such rudeness or incompetence, and no McDonald’s location should be represented by someone so unfit for a managerial role.

I would like to report an unpleasant experience I had at your drive-thru today, October 17, 2025, at 9:14 AM.

The lady working at the first drive-thru window (the one who prints the receipts) was very passive-aggressive with me. I simply asked her to confirm my order because the screen was showing an order that wasn’t mine. Her sarcastic response was, “You ordered, right? So who should know what you ordered?” — all while printing my receipt with a mocking smile on her face.

I honestly don’t understand why someone who seems to dislike their job would continue working in customer service. I truly hope corrective action is taken regarding this employee, as no customer deserves to be treated in such a disrespectful manner.

I go to this McDonald’s every morning around 6:00 a.m. for the same exact thing — a plain iced coffee, no caramel or vanilla, just sugar and no cream. It’s a simple order, and I’ve been ordering it the same way every day for a long time. Somehow, these two managers — a young lady and an older lady — always get it wrong.

Every time I tell them the coffee isn’t right, they get an attitude. This morning, both of them started screaming at me, saying it was my fault for ordering it that way. That’s ridiculous because I’ve been ordering the same thing for months. I don’t have issues with the other staff who sometimes open; they’re always polite and get it right.

But these two managers clearly have zero customer service skills. As a frequent customer, I shouldn’t be yelled at at 6 a.m. just for wanting my coffee made correctly.

Ordered a burger meal with 10 nugs on the side. Took 20 mins in the drive thru to get my food. The lady doesnt give me my reciept and come to find out they forgot my nugs. Unfortunately drive thru is the only thing open and now the line is even longer. 30 mins later i finally get to the window, and the same lady is asking for my reciept. I tell her how i dont have one and ive been waiting half an hour for food i already paid for. She doesnt offer any type of refund, complimentary food, or anything. Its insanely slow service and when they waste your time they dont offer any type of compensation. The worst part is the NUGGETS WERE COLD. The only reason for 2 star is the fries and burger were good, but i has to eat them while i was waiting for my nugs

Horrible management at this location. They have screwed up my mobile order 4 times in the past. Stupid things like 2 hashbrowns instead of the 3 I ordered. They never answer the phone and plead ignorant when I finally drive there to talk to them in person.

Horribly inconsistent location. If you aren't getting consistency at McDonald's, than what's the point.
