Ordered a burger meal with 10 nugs on the side. Took 20 mins in the drive thru to get my food. The lady doesnt give me my reciept and come to find out they forgot my nugs. Unfortunately drive thru is the only thing open and now the line is even longer. 30 mins later i finally get to the window, and the same lady is asking for my reciept. I tell her how i dont have one and ive been waiting half an hour for food i already paid for. She doesnt offer any type of refund, complimentary food, or anything. Its insanely slow service and when they waste your time they dont offer any type of compensation. The worst part is the NUGGETS WERE COLD. The only reason for 2 star is the fries and burger were good, but i has to eat them while i was waiting for my nugs

Horrible management at this location. They have screwed up my mobile order 4 times in the past. Stupid things like 2 hashbrowns instead of the 3 I ordered. They never answer the phone and plead ignorant when I finally drive there to talk to them in person.
Horribly inconsistent location. If you aren't getting consistency at McDonald's, than what's the point.

Had an issue and Manager Rosa made it her business to assist me Inbetween the 20 other things she had going on and customers constantly demanding her attention. I very pleased despite my issue being minor and it fixing itself. In the ten minutes I was there I noticed she was constantly running around working, helping everyone doing all she could to keep the place running smoothly. I was very impressed. Not to slight McDonald’s but it’s not often you see someone so hard at work.

The manager at the store, Claudia is an extremely rude person with 0 customer service skills. She does not embody the brand whatsoever and I hope that McDonalds replaces all their staff with robots who don’t abuse and belittle customers and potential customers. Just drive down to the Dulles town centre McDonald’s they are much nicer.

Forgot to put my two mc chickens when I ordered two on uber eats and since I ordered for me and my sisters I was only left with a medium fry. This place is very unprofessional please have the staff doing there job next time don’t order from this McDonalds.
