I have been to this place once. I love the Mission BBQ franchise. I visit different Mission BBQ locations in every new place. I am glad that this Sterling Mission BBQ still upholds the excellent Mission BBQ reputation. The staff were nice. The food tastes the same great quality. The manager also came out randomly and greeted me. I love it.

My wife had coupons for a free sandwich, so we both had pulled pork with coleslaw. A pretty simple sandwich that so many places do poorly. The meat was tender, moist and flavorful. The bun was soft, but held together well enough to contain the large serving of pork. I’m a fan of the Carolina vinegar sauce and this restaurant’s version is incredibly good.
Let’s not forget the staff - the cashier was friendly and helpful, making sure we got our order the way we preferred.
All in all, a great experience for a simple lunch.

I tasted the brisket and immediately thought, “I’m writing a 5 star review for them right now!” Literally the first thing I thought taking my first bite. I have eaten at many places, and I have never been prompted by my taste buds to leave a review. Absolutely incredible!

I haven't been at this restaurant and had a bad experience ever, and today was no exception. The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful in getting my keto order correct and my takeout order for my husband. The restaurant is extremely clean. The restrooms are always clean and neat. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It was an all-around great experience and I'll continue to return. I did a dine in on my way home and a takeout for my hubby.

Interesting that Mission BBQ that markets itself on the military has now gone away from military discounts and instead gone to some weird email based club. I know the economy is crap but to profit directly off of the military image and then not offer at least a 10% per visit is something else. I'll stick with small business mom and pop BBQ if I'm paying full price.

What can I say!? I walked in and immediately smelled the smoke, that's when I knew I was gonna like this place 🙂 I was given a breakdown of the menu which was very simple to order. I had double ribs and sausage with baked beans, yes! Everything was so delicious, the beans were cooked perfect and the ribs they were so tender and fresh so was the sausage. Right when I sat down the pitmaster Nathan came and introduced himself and was very friendly. Right when I finished my meal Nathan popped up out of nowhere and gave me a strawberry shortcake and omg that was so yummy. Now im full and satisfied. I definitely recommend this place it is so good. Thanks guys!

I’m just speechless and lost for words! First I want to start off by saying I almost ever never leave reviews unless it was really something bad or something that really that set to my expectations. I came to Misson BBQ last night on 6/12 to do a pick up order I got ribs, sides was mac and cheese and potato salad, and bake beans and the guy at the front was nice enough to give me 2 cornbread. At first I was confused because I thought he was just going hand me the stuff with no bag but he said no he like to show all the customers the food first to see what there getting and I really like that because at least you can see the presentation of the food before you take it. I don’t know if that’s a new thing I been to Mission BBQ maybe twice but it been some years but the times I had went it when I dine in so I don’t know if that’s how they do it when you do pick up orders only but I was very please and the gentleman was so polite and nice I wish I caught his name so I can give him a shoutout in here!!! but thank you for helping me!!! now get into the good part when I took my food home I’m not going lie I had expectations my food was going be good because I saw so many mixed reviews but I always like to give places a try not because there a few bad reviews in there but Babyyyyy!!!! OMG!!! them ribs were falling out them bones smh very flavorful to me and that mac and cheese I don’t eat everyone mac and cheese but it was so delicious and the season potato salad just very flavorful and the bake beans were a little on the sweet side for me but I crumble up my cornbread inside the beans and it tasted so much better and I tasted the cornbread by it self Omggg!!! so moist and soft after I ate it and not hard or burnt I was left speechless!!! will be coming back again. Like I said I don’t normally leave reviews but I like give recognition when I see it and again thank you!!!

My spouse is from KC and is very particular about his bbq. Mission is one of the few places he will allow us to eat bbq at. The pulled pork is fantastic. And the brisket comes cooked with options how you prefer. The young men and women working there are so welcoming, eager to serve, and diligent at what they do. To top it off, there is no tip jar or tip screen at checkout! Ironic, because this is one of the few places where I feel that the wait staff actually deserve a tip! I do try to slip them a tip because I appreciate that they don’t expect a tip and yet still work hard.
