Moby Dick House of Kabob

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I experienced during my recent visit. I have been a regular customer for quite some time, but my interaction with the cashier, Amir, was so unprofessional that I ultimately walked out without placing my order.

I approached the counter simply to mention that my last pickup order was incorrect — I received Chicken Kabob instead of Kobeda. I was not asking for a refund, replacement, or any discount. My only intention was to make the staff aware so the same mistake wouldn’t happen again with my current order. Instead of listening, Amir responded rudely, stated that he didn’t recognize me and had never seen me before, and told me to complain to corporate because there was no manager available in the store.

This kind of dismissive and disrespectful behavior toward a customer — especially a returning one — is unacceptable. Basic professionalism and courtesy should be the standard, regardless of whether someone is recognized personally or not.

I hope Moby Dick’s corporate office takes this feedback seriously. The food has always been good, but the level of customer service I experienced today was far below expectations and something clearly needs to be addressed.

I had a great experience at Moby Dick’s. The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Belkis recommended the chicken kabob, and it was absolutely delicious tender, well-seasoned, and paired perfectly with the sides. I’m really glad I took the recommendation. Thanks to Belkis for making it such a great choice. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had a great experience here. The kabobs were really good and full of flavor especially the wings super delicious I will no longer go buy wings anywhere else this are absolutely my favorite now. The young lady Belki was super nice, helped us with the menu and recommended the wings Service was great, food was delicious, and we’d definitely come back again.

I came in at 845 15 mins before there close time the guys with dark hair in a ponytail telling me I can't eat in because they close at 9pm and I nees to hurry and place my order and I couldn't eat in the store I had to take my food to go so when I told him there is other people there he tells me they will finish by 9 Nad customers service and I will not give they mt money anymore there is way better kabab house in the area

I ordered lamb kabob along with other meals for party at my home and unfortunately I find a piece of Bone inside my kabob and later I called and informed the MOD and he said So, So on it seemed to me he didn't care at all about my concern, be careful with Bone lucky I didn't damage my teeth. I don't recommend moby Dick kabob. Location in Sterling Virginia.

Never got a silverware with my orders. This order number 6, not sure if this place has silverware or they just make customers eat with their hands !!!!

Stupid services

The best thing on this place's menu is their Ghormeh Sabzi (Friday-only special). I don't know why but Great Falls location tastes better though
