My visit to Moon Lounge was a nightmare. The staff was rude, and the overall experience was appalling. I do not recommend this lounge to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find a more welcoming and customer-oriented establishment elsewhere. I wish I could leave a review and give them NO stars, but unfortunately, I had to give them one smh.

Darma was absolutely incredible! The service was fast and drinks were great! She handled a very rude woman amazingly and was able to calm the situation down with no escalation, im beyond impressed with her and this whole place! First time here and what a great experience!

This place advertised $3 shots on Instagram, and when we got there they said they were no longer doing them for that price instead they were $5. When we got the tab they had charged us $12 per shot after we had asked the waitress before ordering how much they cost and she confirmed they were only $5..

This past Monday I came across a new hookah bar and have to say, it was pretty awesome. The atmosphere had such a chill vibe and the couches were so freaking comefortable. The hookah was nice and smooth smoking it. Plus the staff were very helpful. Would definitely come back again!

Solid Atmosphere for just hookah or hookah and drinks, really good people, plus Dj/Live music Thursday-Sunday. Cheaper than anything you’ll find downtown and at a more personable/better service. Staff really looks after you. I Recommend checking it out.
