Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Because I have 4 kids 5 and under, when we have a 'restaurant night'it tends to be Olive Garden... we love the pastas for everyone, The traditional Italian choices that you can never go wrong with and if course the endless soups, salads and BREAD :)
and I love the Italian donuts!!!

After being seated, we were never assigned a server. We were the only table in our section at first, yet three other tables were seated and served before us. Since no server ever came to our table, we had to leave the restaurant. This was disappointing and not the level of service expected from Olive Garden.

Love me some Olive Garden. Make online ordering easier. Accommodate larger parties quicker then 1 hour.

Jupiter must be in the microwave again, because I swear the experience I had tonight was cosmic. I’m pretty sure my chakras are aligned and I can see out of my third eye (which is probably why I ran that red light on the way home).

I’ve been to countless Olive Gardens (I’m a food-chain junkie) and it’s usually the same experience every time. It’s akin to hooking up with a toxic ex—you show up full of delusions that everything will be amazing, and instead you leave extremely disappointed. You do a walk of shame across a poorly lit parking lot, get in your car, and vow to never repeat your mistakes…

But as you drive home, that little voice reminds you: you’ll be back. You always go back.

But this location is different. Tonight I left on cloud nine. The food was amazing. The shrimp was mouth watering, the pasta was perfection, and don’t even get me started on the fried mozzarella. I have never experienced a cheese pull that beautiful. I’m confident the memory of it will bring me peace on my deathbed.

I also have to shout out our waiter, Baidy—funny, kind, and professional (which I never thought I’d say about an Eagles fan, but tonight was full of firsts).

In summation, this Olive Garden will ruin all other Olive Gardens for you. I live an hour away and I’m genuinely irritated because I now know I can never again step foot in the one near my house. I didn’t know Olive Garden could be this enjoyable.

Oh—and to top it all off, the restaurant is also stunning for absolutely no reason. I really wish I could find something wrong with this place purely out of spite, but unfortunately, I cannot.

I wanted to share my recent experience at the Olive Gadren in Sterling, where I’ve always enjoyed delightful meals in the past. I reached out to book a private room for an event on Thursday, January 8th, and spoke with Allen on January 7th. He kindly promised to send me photos of the available rooms and assured me that I would get a confirmation call the morning of the 8th between 9 and 11 AM. Unfortunately, I did not receive the promised room photos and, to add to my disappointment, the call only came through at 11:30 AM.. this leaves me feeling quite unhappy and other emotions. I do truly appreciate the effort of the staff, but I believe clearer communication is essential, especially when planning special occasions. I hope my experience can help in improving service in the future, as we would love to continue enjoying Olive Garden for other gatherings. Thanks for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your response

Mansour was my server and he was great, please ask for him. i tried the Steak & Shrimp Bucatini pasta, it was so yummy and I had enough left over to meal prep for the week. I will definitely be back and hopefully this item stays on the menu long term.

We visited this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. After waiting for 20 minutes without a server, we overheard a server casually mention that she was only serving her friends and didn’t understand why we were seated in her section. Despite this, we observed her giving away free items and multiple refills to her friend sitting next to us, yet she never once addressed us. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this establishment!

Both the manager and the staff who deliver food at the pickup location are terrible. They treat people very poorly and are unprofessional. You have to wait hours for food, and the orders are incorrect.

Amazing, our server Naomi was extremely nice and remembered our food restrictions. Extremely nice environment and will 1000% come back and ask for Naomi
