the boba is not all that. it’s not good at all neither is the ube boba. the ube boba just tastes like milk and the customer service is poor. the second time i got it i wanted to give it redemption hoping it might have just been a bad drink to order. i ask for a taro and i get it goes fine i rethink my decision about this place until while im drinking it there’s a tonsil stone in it. never again

The staff were rude, which made the interaction unpleasant. The waffle lacked flavor and texture compared to other places I’ve tried. The toppings didn’t seem fresh, and the ice cream had an icy consistency rather than the creamy texture I expected. Overall, the quality felt subpar.

The mango black tea was good

The customer service is horrible. The cashier has no respect for customers. At first I thought it was maybe a language barrier something but quickly became clear she didn't want to be there or something...person is on the left in pic. And, its over priced..the least they can do is good customer service.

Horrible customer service whatever you asked for they say sold out it’s seems they don’t wanna work it was two ladies both of them having phone and sitting in the chairs without even having time for customers please don’t go there it’s not recommended at all just waste of money.

The waffle ice cream I ordered made me immediately regret my decision. A cheap store-bought chocolate ice cream was served with old and brownish mangoes. The chocolate chips were not worth the additional cost. I never attempted it again.

Been here in the mall since 11am because their hours listed on Google are 11am-7pm. There is nobody here and the gate is still closed.

the drinks are pretty decent, but customer service is wack

Owner gave me a faulty cup and 2 minutes after i walked out, when i didn’t even open it the whole thing fell out from a slit in the cup and even after i took photos to prove it they yelled at me and refused a refund or a remake. I demand a refund for a product i couldn’t even try and the poor management, I even offered to let them see rhe cctv to see that i didn’t drop the cup but they didn’t even hear me out and started yelling. I want a refund asap, for the lost, untried product, and awful manager. I want my 8$ back.

Even it says on their site that there are some diary free options, in fact they DO NOT have any vegan or diary free milk options. They can’t even make a drink without one ingredient my child is allergic to. We drove all the way there, so will stay for 10 min discussing with seller and left with no options and crying child ??‍♀️ At lest update an information and don’t miss inform your customers!

Only one ?! Poor customer service! I will not recommend this store. The employees were just chit chatting and playing with their gadgets.

The Asian girl who serves is only on the phone. She is not friendly with the customers and lets them go.

Yet another business that's opened for the current popularity of bubble tea and will most likely (and hopefully) go under once bubble tea loses hype. I got a peach milkshake from here a few months back and it was awful, the peach flavor was very very artificial and way too sweet. The employee was very kind though and watered down the drink for me when I told her about it. Maybe I'll come back to try the rolled ice cream some time but I doubt it.

Well, I give it 5 stars and this is what I think: I had good service, my tea was ready quickly, and it didn't taste that sweet which is good for me, but... I ordered a "Monkey Busniess" ice cream, it was delicious, it was a big portion, the detail is that the person who makes it really takes her tome, she do it in a very thorough and delicate way (this doesn't seem bad to me, in fact it's good) but the ice cream was for my toddler and he doesn't have patience ? but overall I liked the place.
