Really bad service from the employee i talk to her 3 times to pay attention to me bc she was in her phone i ask her for some items to go and if they put lids bc some of them doesn’t have it and she didn’t know she didn’t have mostly the items that we want. Im not coming back to this place.

The customer service was really bad Boba there are really expensive like I bought a Matcha float. It was $10.45 and then I have to wait 12 years just to get the my drink I would not go to this place ever again

The tea I purchased tasted horrible, and the boba balls tasted very stale and old. I asked if I could change out the drink or get a refund, but the cashier refused. The customer service is very poor. I do not recommend this place!

Don’t buy anything from this place. They will charge you a transaction fee even though you pay for cash so they’re ripping you guys off so I wouldn’t buy anything from these guys anymore.

Boba tasted like soap, tea had zero flavor, then to top it off there was some kind of black sediment in my cup that, upon further investigation, seemed to be non-stick coating or something that flaked off. Disgusting.

We went here to get a coconut smoothie. First off they wouldn't split the cup yet they charged 9 dollars for a normal sized cup. Extremely overpriced. Second it was TASTELESS none of us liked it.

the boba is not all that. it’s not good at all neither is the ube boba. the ube boba just tastes like milk and the customer service is poor. the second time i got it i wanted to give it redemption hoping it might have just been a bad drink to order. i ask for a taro and i get it goes fine i rethink my decision about this place until while im drinking it there’s a tonsil stone in it. never again

The staff were rude, which made the interaction unpleasant. The waffle lacked flavor and texture compared to other places I’ve tried. The toppings didn’t seem fresh, and the ice cream had an icy consistency rather than the creamy texture I expected. Overall, the quality felt subpar.

The customer service is horrible. The cashier has no respect for customers. At first I thought it was maybe a language barrier something but quickly became clear she didn't want to be there or something...person is on the left in pic. And, its over priced..the least they can do is good customer service.
