They've discontinued most of their healthy options and replaced them with fattening, cheese and meat-heavy options.The main reason I'd go to panera is for the healthy egg white Spinach whole grain breakfast sandwich and for the green goddess salad.With no spinach or arugula on the menu now, I won't be back.

Panera as a whole has gone downhill fast. Spent ~$15 per person to what amounted to a lean cuisine. Food is mediocre at best and prices are completely outrageous. I would rather go to giant and buy the same food in the frozen food section for 6 bucks. Shrinkflation and price gouging are rampant right now but this has to be one of the worst examples I've seen. Lost my business.

Very lazy, slow and rude management I asked about my order from one of employee in the kitchen area near was fight with me actually there behavior is very rude and they don't want any to give a politely respond really they disappointed

It takes them 25 mins to realize that the I ordered a bagel to go. I got late to work. Thanks to staff for this location. At the end, All they said was “oh sorry about that”

We have always loved Panera ever since we moved near one. Now with 2 boys we bring everyone to Panera every chance we get. This Sterling location is one of the not so good ones.I don't feel the warmth here other than from there adorable fireplace out front.Which a shame that they have a great atmosphere but horrible food. I notice the manager in the kitchen every time I visit and the food always seems less generous.I have been ordering the caprese sandwiches lately with extra mix greens and no aioli nor green goddess sauce bc I like to control my calories.Well I received both sauces and also a very poor portioned sandwich.There should have been atleast 3 slices of mozzarella as the sandwich is portioned into 3 sections.... I only received one slice of mozzarella!??? How is this possible ?!!!!!? And there were absolutely no "extra" toppings. There were actually barely anything in my sandwich.It was mostly bread - which is amazing French bread - to be honest - especially toasted- but is that all I get with a mere few slices tomatoes and slap of cheese a several leaves spinach ?When I confronted the manager who made my sandwich, he looked confused. No apologies nothing, just "what do you want me to do just add a piece of cheese on that portion and reheat it ?I said he also forgotten to hold the sauces ... manager replies with : " ... I think it's ok there was not a lot of sauce ..." ( I'm thinking - ur kidding right ...!???)I just said don't worry about it and returned to the table since my kids were with me and I can't leave them alone with my husband too long as they are the running around age.Just a horrible experience.Oh and coffee were cold. Decaf was out. Hot water was out. Dark roast was cold and we got a half cup of light roast.My son end led up eating the baguette with the one cheese portion and an apple. I gave some bread and whatever I was able to dig from the sandwich for my little one - just enough to hold them over and drive to red robins. I don't think we will return to this location anymore. Plz lmk if u had a better experience than us and if we should try them on a better day. This was a Saturdayafternoon btw.

Have to ask for cups for your own order. They don’t fill the cups but the hold them hostage. This is ridiculous. The employees should not have to deal with this. This isn’t their fault, it’s the company. I’m beyond annoyed.

Staff could be more polite. I have been a part of the Unlimited Sips Club for almost 3 years now because I enjoy the coffee Panera has to offer. However, every time I go to this location for my morning coffee to go, the staff refuses to give me a coffee skewer stick to put into my coffee cup lid to avoid spills. They state that is it "against company policy" to have the skewers available for customers at the coffee bar. I have never had this problem at other Panera bread locations. When I ask the staff to give me a skewer, they will give me one, but they are very rude about it as if it is costing them greatly.

This is a typical Panera bread store wise. But when I got there everything was out of stock. I ordered a half sandwich and tomato soup and got the wrong soup. We also ordered a pizza to share with everyone and it was sub par. They didn’t do a good job cutting it so we had to rip chunks off. Overall this was definitely one of the worst Panera breads I have been to. Would not recommend. Just drive the extra distance to the next closer one.

Coffee not fresh and lukewarm. They put cold drinks that are for self service in the back. I ordered coffee to go and was looking for a stopper and after few minutes of searching, I was told they don't put them out and hide in the back.Poor service, low quality food, tables and space is not clean. We were a group, ordered multiple items and nobody was happy.Without exception, we always have to wait too long even for just a coffee. The coffee container is either empty, old, or they forget to put the order on the shelves for pickup.

Our cashier, Hudson, was very friendly and also helped solve a mistake I made in our order after we had received our food. She was very kind to us even though it was my mistake.
