This is my first time leaving a review, I have never seen the staff being so rude. My sister got a cup to get a drink and she is like that for water only and I was sorry I didn’t know that and instead of letting me talk she is like can you throw it away then.
And we do so without any further talk.
But the way her expression and the negative energy.
Will never come again here.

They mess up my order nearly every single time I go. Today was the final straw. I ordered a Tomato Basil BLT and they gave me Turkey Cheddar.

Don't you just hate it when you order a breakfast sandwich as it's advertised on the menu and when it gets delivered and you open it and find the one ingredient-- that makes it different and one reason you chose that sandwich-- hasn't been added. So disappointing.

Inefficient. Coffee orders and soda orders must wait in same queue as food orders. Guy orders bagel and coffee and is told its a 30-minute wait. He leaves. My wife orders a pre-made yogurt cup and coffee, which indeed takes 30-minutes. It’s 10 AM Sunday. Line manager needs to fast track the premade orders. Members of the sip club should avoid this location.
