I ordered a pizza and waited about 15 minutes, but when my order was finally handed to me, it was the wrong one. I told the cashier that it wasn’t my order, but he didn’t apologize or even try to fix the mistake. He was rude and dismissive, even though it was clearly his fault. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the least he could have done was apologize. I ended up canceling my order because of how poorly I was treated.

Amazingly, they elected to drop my food and drink off in an empty chair in the lobby. Lol?! They probably thought a suite is somethijg you wear.

I had to make a large order for my son's school the other day and it worked out perfectly. Angel, the manager, could not have been nicer and the man that helped me carry 15 pizzas to my car was so sweet. If you need a big order, call ahead and they will make it happen!
Pizza hadn't even been made yet when I arrived order it on the app 20 minutes prior . After waiting another 10 for them to make and cook it the middle was thick and doughie. This is a reoccurring issue with this store. it seams like they leave the center the same thickness and stretch the outside

I didn't think picking up pizza was an experience, until I picked up an order from the Sterling VA. store. It was a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! The Staff and management were top notch!
