If you’re going to outsource pizza delivery drivers to DoorDash people who have no way to keep the pizza warm and it gets to you freezing cold then maybe change what you’re doing so people can actually get warm pizza

I came here to place in order to pick up and I walk into the store he states to me we are closed…delivery only…I am like I don’t want it delivered. What is the difference between delivery and pick up. You’re still making the pizza😂. Then he proceeded to open the door and say we are closed is that how you run your business. I will never ever eat at your business and I will be calling corporate! rude

Spent $270 bucks on pizza for the work crew to have lunch. I was told they would be ready at 11 am. Nobody showed up to the pizza shop until 11:40! Gotta go back to a construction crew of 20, empty handed. These guys didnt bring lunch because they knew I was buying.

I am shocked that when i asked the working person about just one ingredient that i didn’t understand; he was so much mad and frustrated. He banged the table so hard on pizza making side. I was so disappointed towards his short tempered behavior( he had his ear pods on so i don’t know whom he was mad to) . O man; I’m never going this location anymore! If they can provide me management number; i can explain more. Thanks !

I ordered a pizza and waited about 15 minutes, but when my order was finally handed to me, it was the wrong one. I told the cashier that it wasn’t my order, but he didn’t apologize or even try to fix the mistake. He was rude and dismissive, even though it was clearly his fault. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the least he could have done was apologize. I ended up canceling my order because of how poorly I was treated.

I ordered delivery from this Papa Johns, and my pizza had a weird bald spot. Also, please note that they charge a $5 delivery fee in addition to taxes and tip, so your meal will likely be over $30.
