Ordered a pizza & garlic knots. Took them 55 minutes to deliver them and everything was cold. They didn't even carry them in one of those bags that keep the food hot. Last but not least, instead of handing me my food, the delivery driver left my food on the steps in front of my front door, rang the door bell and walked away.

Waited over 50 minutes for the food to come just to receive it like this… This so disappointing, I tried calling the store and no one answered. It looks like it fell over or it was put upside down and one of the garlic sauce was open and spilled all over the pizza box.

I ordered 2 pizzas using the OVI50 coupon, which gives you a 50% discount. I have been noticing that this location makes the crust thinner and uses less sauce and toppings whenever I use one of the Papa John's promo coupons. The coupon doesn't state that using it means you get 50% less crust and toppings.
After paying a delivery fee plus a tip we did not get all of our order. I called the store but of course no one answered after the phone rang at least 30 times.

My family ordered 2 Large Double Cheeseburger pizzas with stuffed crust last night. When we got home we discovered that they were regular crust. We called them back to report the mistake and the lady that answered nicely apologized and made us the correct pizzas very quickly. I really appreciate that level of customer service. The pizza was very delicious! Thank You.

Order your New York style pizza for 13.99, but to put onions and green peppers on it, you want to charge an additional $5? Just how much onion and green pepper are you putting on that damn pizza? Or does moving your fingers to sprinkle it on the pizza constitute a $5 service fee?

I've called this place 6 times and each time they have just picked up the phone and left it on the hook and left me sitting there. This is crazy!! No reason I shouldn't be able to call and at least speak to someone, no"hey give me one sec" or nothing!! I thought Papa johns was better than the dominos in the area but they are all the same!!
