I was around Sterling area and haven't had this place since long time ago when I lived here. So I decided to come in for another chance versus going to the other 2 Pho places in the same area. I came in to get a to-go and there was only 1 person on duty at the time. He wasn't friendly, perhaps rude taking my order. I don't know what they have in the Pho, I asked if I can have raw beef (Tái) and then he kinda raised his voice to me. What the? Anyway the Pho was okay if compared to surrounding Pho places.

I love their vegan tofu pho! Its really good and easy to order ahead and pick it up from their friendly staff.

This used to be one of my go to Pho place. The quality and taste has changed the last few times I went. However that is not what made me write a review today. The guy at the front counter has always been so rude. I am not sure why they have him serving tables and the front counter. He has to learn how to interact with customers if he’s going to be serving them. I had to ask multiple times for a straw and some napkins and ended up getting up and getting it myself. And then when I went to pay he threw the debit card on the counter instead of handing it to me. Which was perfect timing for me as i had to sign the receipt and decided after that there was no reason for me to leave a tip.

Went in today, Owner or who ever brought the food was very rude and not checking up on the meal. The biggest problem was when paying came we gave him 60$ when it was 39$ for the food he never gave the change back and was saying my mother gave him 40$ and her only change he gave was 11 cents. I told him about it and he said no it was 40$ she gave and in the receipt it doesn’t state the change or the amount that was giving only the amount for the food he basically stole from us, told him to check cameras he said he was busy which was a total excuse this place is so terrible never coming back to pho never ever karma is real. Terrible

Upon first arriving we were ushered into a booth held together with duct tape that needed a new piece of tape. The sauce bottles on our table needed a good wipe down as well, but from the looks of others enjoying their meals the main focus was certainly the food, not so much the front of the house. The gentleman running the register quickly sat us and asked us if we had been there before and proceeded to get us water. My daughter wanted a Sprite but he never asked if we wanted anything else so we went with the water, served up in glasses that looked like they came from my grandmothers kitchen. Suffice to say I was a little more than concerned as to the possibility of quality coming from the kitchen, especially after we asked about the lunch combo to be told there was no combo offered that day. Upon placing our order the service and expertise picked up and my daughter's meal selection was changed to allow here to enjoy a different cut of pork versus what she ordered. She ordered a shrimp and pork dish but upon recommendation ordered the grilled pork chop platter dish, #22 CO'M SU'ON. She was thrilled with the selection and it was a served up piping hot and quite delicious. The pork had a wonderful char to it, with a sticky sweet sauce that she absolutely loved. The portion was huge and came garnished with sliced tomatoes and cucumbers on a bed of fresh lettuce. I had a hard time getting a picture right away as she cut into it as soon as it was placed in front of her. My wife and I each ordered Beef Noodle Soup, I ordered #61 TAI NAM VE DON with steak, flank and skirt steak and my wife ordered #68 TAI with steak. The portions that arrived were quite large, (and they were the small bowls), served up with fresh basil, bean sprouts and sliced jalapeño. The broth was outstanding and the thinly sliced steak was flavorful, tender and delicious. The entire presentation was pleasing to the eye, nose and mouth and pushed any ambiance issues aside as we enjoyed some really wonderful Pho Bo. Everything was fresh, delicious and professionally prepared and we plan on stopping back soon for another wonderful lunch!

Food was very good, but the person that served us was very curt. Not very friendly. Took away from the whole experience.

Service is horrendous. No one seated us or gave us a menu. Did not give us enough waters. Did not give a check or refill our water

I've been a regular at this restaurant, PHOEVER (formerly MAY SAIGON), because their food is great. However, there's a particular employee who's consistently unfriendly, and I've overlooked it. But tonight was a deal-breaker. I usually get served by a tall, unfriendly Asian guy who, according to his colleague, is the manager (he's the tallest among them). I live in BRAMBLETON and make a weekly drive to this place just for their food. They close at ten, and our food was served at 8:50. My son asked for extra onions, as he usually does, but to my disbelief, this employee rudely stated they were closing and gestured that there were no more onions. It wasn't even 9 pm yet. We finished our meal and left the restaurant without leaving a tip. I then realized I had left my phone behind, so we went back in. However, we were confronted for not leaving a tip.I explained, "Tips are earned, and you didn't earn it tonight." I typically leave no less than $7 every time for a $30-40 meal. I work in the hospitality industry, and I know how customers should be treated. I've tolerated his rudeness for a long time, but tonight was the last straw, and it happens every time we dine here.No matter how many times the restaurant changes its name, if this guy continues to work there, they can't have my business. If he's the owner, I'm extremely disappointed with the service. I hope the staff's attitude can match up to the quality of the food.

I recently moved to Sterling and this has become my go to place for Pho in the area. It's mostly a pretty quiet place and I've been served by the same guy every time. He's not a very talkative person so don't expect any idle chit chat. But that's not what I'm here for anyways. Phorever has surprisingly good bahn mis. My husband is obsessed with them. They're not as long or crispy as you get from more bahn mi focused places, but they're yummy and cheap. The summer rolls are average. The spring rolls are pretty good though. My friends and I really enjoyed the order of calamari. Of course, the Pho is great. Good flavor with generous portions. I don't understand why this place isn't busier!

Good food and value. Had the grilled pork rice dish. Would recommend and will come back to try other dishes.

Rude server who didn't give us all that we ordered and never came back to check on us during the meal. Food was bland and table was dirty.

Instead of this place being called Phorever it should be NEVER EVER!!! This is the rudest "establishment" I have ever been to & the food isn't even good, not even close. I was excited to try it but it quickly became clear that it was a waste of time and money. You will forever be sorry if you walk in here!

Solid pho restaurant. Came right after a thunder storm so was the perfect fit. Pho was pretty solid. Above average and nothing to complain about. Everyone has their own preferences when it comes to pho, but I liked this one. The sleeper was the ban xeo. I always get it because it is one of my favorite viet dishes but not a lot of places do it well. If this place can keep it consistent then def one of my favorites to get it even though I live super far away.
