I love this location. The manager is very helpful. I got pizza last night at about 11:30 PM (i know-_-sorry) and the staff was more than happy to make my food even though they were about to close. I will go out of my way to order from this location

I am door dash driver and came to the store 6 pm to pick up but order was not ready for 40 minutes! Who is responsible to ruin my income ! These people are slow to give people service only one old lady and there was a trainee! The lobby was was full of people and every one was upset

Very bad customer service, I went through the drive-thru and they never served me. I understand that they put a paper for the food pickers, but I wasn't one of them. I was there for a long time and they never served me. Terrible service.

Pizza Hut is not earnest in their response to the problem. They asked for more information from me to make it right. I supplied the information they requested and they never did anything. They only responded like they were going to take action so that other people would see they care. However, the truth is they did nothing to make it right. Don't expect them to fix a problem if you have one with your order.

I ordered a Thin and Crispy pizza which wasn't crispy when it arrived.
I'm not sure what brain child decided to place my pizza in a sealed plastic bag which was tied at the top for delivery, but it doesn't matter if it was the store or the delivery driver. That bone headed mistake ruined my pizza and changed it from a Thin and Crispy to Thin and Soggy.
The plastic bag created condensation inside the bag which ended up steaming my pizza and making it soggy.
