Food is OK. Seasoning for the hot ones not applied evenly but it's there and I can manage. I ordered boneless wings though for my son and recieved bone in. Disappointing.

I want to share that the manager Dinora is the shining star. Every time I go she is polite, friendly and always has a smile. Today she even went above and beyond to help a local high school student by answering some questions about the marketing concepts.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a chicken wrap and fries @3:55pm on a Saturday. The wrap was sub par. Fries old (when I placed my order I had asked if they had hot fries). I complained to the server so his manager came to the window and said that the fries were hot and had just come out. Ironically these people think that we don’t get the difference as if we do not cook and secondly in my younger years I have worked in a food joint as a trainer. So, do know the rules that people need to follow versus people just being lazy and serving bad food. So her final answer was “they just came out and are hot unless you want me to throw them back into the fryer which will make them greasy”. For a min I thought ok so it doesn’t matter to you that you give me old or reheated food. Then why should I waste my money on something that it is not worth. So, I asked for my money back for my fries. But did get the wrap. Imagine this person being a Manager/ Supervisor had no inclination on rectifying the situation. Wonder is she training her people when she herself doesn’t know how to value the customers. All that was needed to be done was she could have someone cook a fresh batch of fries. Sad that people don’t value customer service or other people’s money.

Had a horrible experience by the MOST obnoxious and mean Spanish woman who was working the drive thru. I was exhausted from work and ordered the chicken boneless wings but wanted garlic Parmesan seasoning. She was so RUDE and said I order the classic I thought it was hard to talk to her over the speaker. Some people are just miserable at their job and take out their misery on others.

The staff members do not focus on customer service. I had the displeasure of being dismissed by a staff member, Dinora. She raised her hand at me as a gesture to disregard my complaint as if it were unreasonable for me to make a complaint against the time taking over 15 minutes to get food. I am a paying customer. I should not be seen as a nuisance. Perhaps Dinora should be in food prep and not dealing with clients in the future. This review is very important for corporate to consider who they have as an employee at your facility. If customer service is not your utmost concern, then your footprint in the industry will be short lived.
Dinora rolled her eyes at me, shame on me for complaining? Shame on her for causing the complaint.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They gave someone else my online order, and when I went to pick it up and showed them proof of my order, they instead made me pay for it again instead of remaking it.

Great place but been facing supply chain issues for the past year. Best streamline your suppliers a bit better or move to different vendors. Also for the chicken dippers I’d recommend placing it in a hotter trey section when they’re out of the fryer because they’re thinner and when served they’re cooler than standard chicken tenders.

Popeyes never disappoints! The fried chicken is always as good as I remember—crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. I also really love their fries—perfectly seasoned and crispy every time. It’s consistently delicious and always hits the spot. Great comfort food done right!

Worst Popeyes on the planet. They mess up almost every other order. Manager Azes is incompetent at her job and should never be a manager . I wish I can speak with one or the GM or owner on the phone to express how bad his business is being hurt by these employee at this store.

Went to this popeyes after swimming at an apartment complex pool, craving chicken and seeing this popeyes nearby. The chicken meal I got hit the spot as it satisfied my taste buds. The service in the drive thru was great and Saul the cashier at the drive thru window was very nice, personable and welcoming. Pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.

Came at 10:00 on a sunday, both doors were locked, i tried to ask a worker if they were closed. He came all the way to the door and told me i could not come inside, and that i had to go through the drive through. I work at a fast food place as well, so i know that until the closing time of the store customers are allowed to come in and place an order. The employee was rude and ignored me when i asked why i cant come in. The store doesn't close till 11.

A lady name Azeb was very rude and didn’t take responsibility for my order being late 30 minutes because the crew missed it up. And when I told her about it she never apologized ignored me and she showed 0 customer service.
