Food is great. But the Customer Service is horrible. In person and over the phone. I called, someone picked and said nothing, then hung up. I called back, again someone picked up and said nothing. So I said hello, person said yeah, I said is this Popeyes, they said, yeah. I said sorry but I thought I called someone's home. The professional thing is to answer with, hello this is Popeyes.

Service here sucks. It just does. Have tried to order 4 seperate times and they've thanked me by completely forgetting items. Love Popeyes, this one, never again.

Ordered $30 of food in Thanksgiving because the app said it was open, it took my money and hasn't refunded me anything (I went and the store was closed!!). Called the store asking for my refund or any way to fix this, got met with a rude girl that claims to be a manager that can't even understand what I was saying. Asked to be transferred to higher staff she said "Nuh uh". Completely unprofessional and literally have been scammed by Popeyes. Wasn't even offered any store credit gift card.

Order taker was hard to understand and didn’t speak English. Order appeared right on screen and receipt after correcting him 3 times. Asked for no pickle on sandwich and still got pickles. Do not recommend to anyone.

The seating smelled like the kitchen, I guess the exhausts were not working well.

My recent visit to Popeyes was extremely disappointing, largely due to the unprofessional behavior of the shift supervisor, Sandra. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I was instructed to pull into a parking spot and wait for my fried chicken sandwich, despite the customer in front of me having the same order and not having to wait at all. This blatant favoritism left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.
To make matters worse, the African American employee taking orders through the drive-thru displayed rudeness when I asked about specials. His response was curt and dismissive, contributing to the overall unpleasant experience. Not to mention, his name tag was pinned inside out therefore creating an enviroment were customers are unable to properly complain due to not knowing his name. In addition, this same employee was not wearing gloves and continously pulled out his phone while handling drinks along with 3 other employees constantly on their phones while handling food.
Prior to being told to pull into a parking spot and wait, I requested two additional sauces. Sandra's demeanor turned sour, and she responded with noticeable attitude. Her lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction further highlighted the incompetence of the staff.
In conclusion, this visit to Popeyes was marred by the worst customer service I have ever encountered. From inconsistent wait times to rude and unhelpful staff, I strongly advise against visiting this location if you value quality service and respect as a customer.
