I visited two more times. Standard 4 poece meal is good and the service wasnclear and fast. Wings are not the best, over cooked

My recent visit to Popeyes was extremely disappointing, largely due to the unprofessional behavior of the shift supervisor, Sandra. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I was instructed to pull into a parking spot and wait for my fried chicken sandwich, despite the customer in front of me having the same order and not having to wait at all. This blatant favoritism left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.

To make matters worse, the African American employee taking orders through the drive-thru displayed rudeness when I asked about specials. His response was curt and dismissive, contributing to the overall unpleasant experience. Not to mention, his name tag was pinned inside out therefore creating an enviroment were customers are unable to properly complain due to not knowing his name. In addition, this same employee was not wearing gloves and continously pulled out his phone while handling drinks along with 3 other employees constantly on their phones while handling food.

Prior to being told to pull into a parking spot and wait, I requested two additional sauces. Sandra's demeanor turned sour, and she responded with noticeable attitude. Her lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction further highlighted the incompetence of the staff.

In conclusion, this visit to Popeyes was marred by the worst customer service I have ever encountered. From inconsistent wait times to rude and unhelpful staff, I strongly advise against visiting this location if you value quality service and respect as a customer.

I will never visit this Popeyes again! The photo below is what I received when I asked for the “sauce on the side” of my wing order. Not a big deal, it seemed like a simple mistake, but the woman behind the counter was so rude. She argued with me that “a la carte” meant sauce at the bottom. I assume the woman was the manager. She was nasty to me as soon as I walked in to pick up my online order. After giving her the name on the order, she refused to give it to me until I told her everything in the order. This was difficult because my husband ordered it without me and the only part I knew about was the wings. I thought giving her his name and knowing some of the order would be sufficient, but it was not. I can see why there are so many bad reviews for the location.

It's a great spot. My food was fresh, the restaurant and the restrooms were very clean. The staff is helpful and kind.

I used to be a regular customer here, the good news is that the manager is a great one, BUT not the lady shift supervisor. I always order a family custom order and I pay extra for it, $70 to $80 usually, this time it was $100+. No spicy chicken, and no willingness to cook new, completely messed up order, dry chicken, some seems to have been in the warmer for a very long time. The final thing, I asked for sauces for my 12 people order including the kids, I got 6, or else I have to pay more in addition to what I already paid.
IF and IF there is a next time in this branch I'll make sure this lady don't take or touch my order, or else I won't go there anymore.
