Quickway Japanese Hibachi

Completely disgusted and never going back, and if anyone is reading this, please pay close attention to preparers of your food. I’d gone in last night around 930ish. When I walked in, it appeared as that they were already prepping to close (chairs had been sat on the table and there was an employee mopping). Upon seeing me come in, the employee sits the mop and mop bucket to the side against the wall near the drink machine, and gets behind the counter. She does NOT bother to wash her hands and proceeds, bare-handed, to prepare my noodles and vegetables, after having played in her hair and wiping her face. The employee who took my order, never changed gloves and still continued to cook the chicken on the grill. At this point, I’m seething and short of nauseous. The ONLY person that exhibited any awareness of sound hygiene was the other employee that seemed to be cleaning out the freezer (or ice machine). I saw her wash her gloves and hands. Mind you, there was another time I’d gone to the restaurant, and there were other patrons there. The same employee that was mopping had to be directly told to wash her hands before handling others food, and they seemingly caught an attitude for having to be told to be hygienically sound. I’d honestly thought that this time would be different. It most definitely was not. That was the last time I patronize this restaurant as there is no emphasis or accountability for cleanliness as it pertains to food preparation or hygiene. Utterly disgusted.

I remember it being better when it opened. Service is great, but the food isn't much to write home about and the inside of the place has this weird prison vibe, just a lot of concrete slab and people waiting for pickup. Not exceptionally cheap despite all that.

I'm astonished at their ability to screw up an order.
I order 2 spicy salmon rolls with cream cheese added
as I'm waiting lady forgets the cream cheese
guy asks me if they make me one correct one and just give me the 2 wrong ones (cause its still a salmon roll) if thats good
I say okay fair trade
but then we get home
they didnt make a third salmon roll this time with cream cheese
they made a CREAM CHEESE ONLY ROLL
I should have double checked but never in my life did I think someone would just wrap cream cheese in rice and call that correct.

I’m you’re looking for an inexpensive meal that’s going to hit the spot then you cannot do any better than Quickway

Got to the store at 937pm door was locked, store closes at 10pm. Food is OK, store seems neglected and always dirty.

Food is good.but place is not that great. Chicken is really good evening noodles is good I tried bento box sushi is good even dumpling are good to. Price is very reasonable for the food it is way better than Chipotle.

They close before their scheduled time. I arrived about 8 minutes before closing time and was told from inside that it was already closed! Outside, there's the sign that it was open. Very bad service.

This place sucks

You get a lot of food for the value and it's decent. I wouldn't say it's the best but it'll do.
The sauce is very good.

BUT - the atmosphere is horrendous. It feels like a hospital service hallway in there. All the light bulbs are cool white with no shrouds, there's no music, and the booths don't have padding. I don't know how the workers stay sane. I can't stand sitting in the place long enough to get takeout.

Not my first rodeo with this restaurant chain. I would deem it as an excellent value to taste establishment. You typically get good portions for each entree. Runs you about 15$. The downside is the condiments seemed to be limited and somewhat rationed. I have gotten in the habit of keeping soy sauce around for this establishment. Even bringing my own bottle in. This location score low of customer due to an incident where the lady bagging the prepared meals. Looked me dead in the face as I was telling her that the meal in the bag with the orange crush soda is mine. Proceeds to take my chicken and beef bento out and give it to another customer. Leaving me confused because she took the same meal off the assembly seconds later and put it into my bag. I waited an additional few minutes to settle myself before stepping up to claim my food. The whole thing has me looking at alternative in the area for similar dining.
