I have had Rai's Cheesesteak sub four times now. I ordered it on my first visit and I keep going back to it. No doubt their other food is very good, but I love their cheesesteaks.

The gluten free pizza is huge! And it's not cauliflower crust 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾. I think for the size $20 cheese pizza is worth it because of the portions. You can get different base sauces like spicy red. Added toppings cost more. I only get take out. The bartender is interesting. You walk in and feel a little weird/judged. But it's worth trying their pizza.

Don't waste your time unless you want to wait 30 minutes after your quoted pickup time. Placed an order to go for one pizza and a salad, took them over an hour to produce........... showed up 30 minutes after placing the order and waited 30 MINUTES in their LOUD establishment annoyed. Didn't even offer us the food when we said give us a refund. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!

I placed a pickup order as I needed something quick after going to Zips dry cleaner. I ordered a gluten free pepperoni pizza and a crispy chicken wrap and both were sooo good. My husband said it was the best gluten free pizza he's had and my wrap was awesome. I'm not easily impressed but we loved both dishes. I ordered through their website and it was easy / my food was ready when I got there. I picked up inside Rai's Pour house.

Food was pretty good. Do not recommend using the Rai’s website to directly order ahead. I placed an order to pick up in advance and apparently some uber driver picked up my order that was made not at the correct time, have no idea where that first order went. I had to wait for my food when I arrived which was quite inconvenient, not even a water was offered while I waited. I understand the possible glitch that may have happened, but not even a discount or free item was applied to my order for a mistake that was not my fault. Either order via phone call or in person unless you want your order mistakenly taken or made at the wrong time.

Great food! Especially the cheesesteak. Like most bars in the area, it’s a bit loud in the evening and hard to talk. It’s also quite expensive. I guess you’re paying for quality though.
Parking: The cheesesteaks are the best in the area.
RAI'S CHEESESTEAK (sml) is 1.4 miles from my house. When my DoorDash delivery arrived, the inner box was all sweaty with moisture and my fries were limp and cold. My cheesesteak was also cold. Being someone from Philly, RAI'S CHEESESTEAK (sml) needs to stop claiming that their sandwich is authentic. Not even close. Sorry for the negative review, but consumers need to know.

Too bad service, we ordered a pizza, the meat was burnt and the cheese was not melted, it seemed like it was reheated. It's the first time, but if it's the last time, I don't recommend it on other occasions. The pizza has burnt edges, it's disappointing.

I'm extremely dissapointed with Rai's Pizza. I've ordered 3 pizza online a day in advance. At the pickup time, the waitress had no idea that I placed the order, she had to call the manager to ask about it, then she told me that they received other orders and I have to wait. Half an hour later, my order was finaly ready, or so I thought. Out of 3 pizza, only one was edible, the other two were undercooked. They started like a nice place and we welcomed them in the neighborhood, but we do not recomend them. This is a place that you cannot count on.
