Had a raw shrimp in my shrimp scampi. Told the waiter. He placed that shrimp in a napkin to tell and show "the kitchen". What about the other food that raw shrimp was touching. No care at all by him. No one came to apologize. Nothing. I certainly didn't want anything for free but an apology or a word with the manager would of been nice. I guess raw shrimp is normal here.

The quality of the ingredients does not feel fresh.
I have taken my family to celebrate new year ? at this restaurant, the service is very good ?, but the carpet smells bad, I take a look under all the tables and I saw many crab ? shells on the carpet. The carpet is so dirty, and my daughter ordered a place of mussels, and they come out half of it not open, how can a chef can cook the food for customers can't eat it?

Red Lobster has the worst service in my life. The food is always really good, but the workers just do not exist.I went on a Sunday night around 7pm. There were maybe 6 groups of people and 3 waitresses and we were helped maybe twice. No water brought to us, I had to go to the bar myself for water because our server took 20-30 minutes after we ordered drinks.My boyfriend and I did the $25 Endless Shrimp - you choose 3 initially and up to 2 after. After our first order of 3 our server Amy basically never came back. They have a cheaper $17-20 option for 3 choices of shrimp, we should've just done that.Anyway - either avoid going here or expect really awful service.

We ordered on line for take out and arrived early so it was not quite ready. The manager talked to my husband and was very friendly and working hard to make this Red Lobster a great experience for dine in or take out. We ordered the shrimp special and it was huge and packaged perfectly in aluminum pans and nice carry carton for those delicious biscuits. The salad was beautiful and everything was exactly as we ordered it. We like this location and hope it can succeed as many other restaurants in the area have not. This manager is doing a fantastic job! We totally appreciate the military discount and the free shrimp voucher we received for Veteran’s Day!
