It's staff is very friendly and they run a cozy place which is clean. It was busy when we went but the baked goods were not great. The croissant I had wasn't buttery at all and was incredibly dry. The banana bread tasted very strongly of walnut - I personally don't like walnuts, but my mother enjoyed it. It's not to my specific tastes but the menu is bigger than what I ordered so do give it a try if you're in the area!

Coffee shop was N O T designed for a building this size.
There are wayyy too many customers for the type and scale of work they have to get done. The iced lattes are watered down. Gave it many tries
2 out of 3 times i come here the cashiers are
🐳🎀𝒫𝐼𝒮𝒮𝐸𝒟🎀🐳 off teenagers who Don't want to work. I could feel angry eyes on me just waiting in line. Like i didnt do my time cashiering too man🙋♀️
Idk if they're volunteer labor for the church but they should be in the Back making the food. The older people who DO make the food are Diligent and wholesome to talk to. I would be coming back if i saw them more.
You will have a different experience if you change your schedule & come when Church/Daycare/Lunch isn't in session.

We're awarding a Green Cup to Ridgeview for the ceramic mugs and plates and for the unwrapped, homemade pastries. Also, the pitchers of dairy for the coffee. This cafe notably saves on pointless plastic waste. We've yet to find perfection on this front but this comes close. Beyond eco concerns, the coffee (including free refills) is excellent and the scones and croissants very good. Spacious, friendly and reasonably prices.

I generally don't leave reviews unless I'm very happy with a place. My experience here today was absolutely disappointing and unnecessary. I would appreciate it if you could train your staff to be decent especially if they are supervising other employees.

Coffee was excellent. Great price. Great atmosphere-especially if you have little kids. They have a play area so you can enjoy and they can ware themselves out- WIN WIN.

Went here for the first time on a recent Wednesday. I was surprised at how many people were there on a weekday, but the cafe is huge and has a lot of different seating areas so it didn’t feel crowded. The kids area is in the back behind a glass wall, so it wasn’t noisy or distracting. The service was lovely, and the food and coffee was great! If I lived closer I would definitely plan to go back often.

Lovely coffee shop! The coffee is excellent, the treats are fresh, and the staff are always welcoming. The playground area is such a bonus clean, safe, and perfect for keeping kids happily busy while parents relax. The whole place feels very family-friendly and cozy. A great spot to enjoy a good latte and let the little ones play. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the coffee and the environment and appreciate that you offer vegan cream cheese. As a mobile notary who works in the Sterling area, I have to meet customers in public places to sign documents, and this seems like a great place to do that. I also like that the staff is so nice.

Ridgetop Coffee & Tea in Sterling offers very nice service from friendly staff who make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is great with ample seating, a kids’ play area, and a spacious, community-oriented vibe perfect for hanging out or working. Prices are a little spicy but the quality and experience make it overall good value. We enjoy our visits and plan to return.

I didn't even know about this place until a friend told me. It sort of reminded me of being in Starbucks headquarters in Seattle. I had all-day meetings throughout the summer for about 65 people in the sanctuary and offices just off the Coffee Shop because our auditorium was not available. It is now my go-to site for offsite meetings. The service is on a par with the boutique hotels of Europe, very attentive and friendly. The food is tasty, imaginative, and fun. The smell of coffee is wonderful. The prices are reasonable. I had breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks from the Coffee Shop. They were agreeable to outside catering for dinner.
