Carolina and Jazelle were pumping out their healthy smoothies on a snowy cold day and as always with a welcoming pair of smiles. Making drinks in blenders is not an easy job and when it's busy it's often hard to hear orders over all the blenders making their brews. Two great smoothie masters Jazelle and Carolina and for that reason I always return to Robucks. Thank you for great service, very appreciated, and I took out as always

This place is gross. Sherbet in all your healthy drinks? Garbage. The kid used
bare hands to make the order. Gross. Not to mention the service is horrendous. I waited 30 minutes to get one smoothie.

This was my first time visiting and I was hoping to get something quickly in between shopping trips. I'm glad I didn't have a deadline because I ended up waiting 20-25 minutes to get my toast. There were only 2 employees and apparently right before I walked in, there was a massive order placed and they were scrambling to get it all done. The employees were nice and it wasn't their fault, but I didn't know that until after they let me order, so it would have been nice if they let me know ahead of time. I probably would have chosen to go elsewhere. Instead I sat and waited. The everything avocado toast was very good, but if you go in, based on my experience and the other reviews, plan to wait.

As others have stated...avoid this location. Took 40 minutes for one bowl to come out. Staffing needs serious improvement.

Dude. What in the heck? It takes no less than 40 minutes to get anything out of here. The staff is emotionless, glacial in speed, and strangely ineffective.$60 for 4 items. No bathroom for customers and no eating there. While I waited for one piece of toast, I went next door to Potbelly and ordered, customized, and received three entrees. Joke.I gave this place three chances and each was a total let down. Today took 45 minutes, one toast was 20 min. I avoided this one and went to the one is Ashburn. They are amazing. Go there instead.

I always have a great experience here, but today I was really disappointed. I ordered through Uber eats and paid full price (35.50) for 3 bowls and they sent me two half empty!? It looks like they simply poured out some from the other bowl to equal it out and didn’t care to make it correctly! I’ve never had this issue and I love this place. Hopefully this is just a once time issue, because this place always makes my bowls perfectly. Other than this one issue today, I really like this place and I’ll keep ordering.

GREAST taste, but too pricey for my tastebuds and pockets and frequency, but healthy (I imagine)...thinking to scale back. Pumpkin plus is IT though! Perhaps I'll stick to lower priced things, like the shots...I KNOW what I am doing and not gonna do...
