This is Real Vietnamese authenticity, I will drive here from DC to get their speciality dishes. I got the fried fish with real spicy fish sauce(not the water down plain sauce). The food was too good. I am recommending all my Vietnamese people to make this drive here! It will be worth your time! It’s rare to find home made Grade A food that is cater to real Vietnamese people. Thank you!!!

We first heard about Saigon Bistro on a Facebook page and noted that they offered catering options. We decided to do a tasting for our wedding, and it turned out to be such a delightful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and Brian, the owner, made us feel incredibly welcome. We ended up choosing them to cater for 200 guests, and we're so glad we did! Our guests are still talking about how great the food was and keep asking where it came from. Thank you Brian for providing exceptional service and making our special day even more memorable!

The food at Saigon Bistro is absolutely delicious, with each bite bursting with flavor that isn’t overwhelming. I tried the Mien Ga (Chicken Noodle Soup), which was incredible—flavorful and fresh, especially comforting if you’re under the weather. The Bo Lá Lốt (vermicelli-wrapped beef and pork) is a must-try—perfectly seasoned and simply delicious. The Chicken & Shrimp Fried Rice was spot-on, and the Garlic Noodles with Vegetables were packed with fresh veggies and rich, savory flavor. The Lemongrass Stir Fry with Chicken was another standout, with perfectly balanced flavors.
On top of the amazing food, the service and atmosphere were fantastic—everyone was kind, thoughtful, and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a flavorful and welcoming dining experience!

This review is for their catering service. I placed a large catering order for my son's birthday, which consist of their crispy eggrolls, nuoc man chicken wings, garlic egg noodles, and combination fried rice. Everything was ready and hot by the time I had requested for pick up. The food was delicious, everyone raved about it. Our favorites are the eggrolls and garlic noodles. There are plenty of Vietnamese restaurants in the nearby area, but the flavors and quality of the food at Saigon Bistro make this restaurant stand out. I will definitely be placing future catering orders again.

Ordered carry-out and they left out my rice with my Entree, not a huge deal but annoying. I called to tell them and was very respectful, but they seemed a little annoyed on the phone about it.
I go in to pick it up, and when I get home it's just thrown into a container and one side of it was wet. Will not be coming back.

Mien ga is just so good. My husband loves the bbq spare rib with rice #20. We have been coming here once a week to just eat this. I kept forgetting to take a picture before eating. We can’t seem to wait to dig in. Their homemade sate sauce is delicious with the chicken in the soup.

This is my new favorite for PHO. Saigon BISTRO does a great job with Chicken Pho, which is challenging. The restaurant is very clean, well appointed, with great tunes flowing with a hip vibe. The manager, Brian is attentive to providing a pleasant culinary experience with curated cocktails. Sonny is delightful and knowledgeable about the offerings and preparations.
