The traditional pho was delicious; the broth was perfect in flavor but yet not too overwhelming! I love and requested extra herbs(basil, jalapeños and soy sprouts) my server was so kind and brought it to my table right away along with their sauces. One their spicy oil sauce was sooo good I recommend to pair with some piece of the steak but separated from your broth. Overall 10/10 for me can’t wait to try their BBH next!

Listen. I came here for dinner. I left here rethinking my entire life plan. • Bún Bò Huế – Spicy, deep, and so good it made me text my ex just to brag. The broth had more layers than a Vietnamese family argument at Tết. • Phở Nạm – Clean, beefy, balanced. If this bowl ran for president, I’d vote twice. • Bún Bò Nướng – Grilled beef so perfectly charred it deserves its own OnlyFans. My daughter tried to “share” it with me. Not today, child.
The vibe? Chic, cozy, and blessedly free of those terrifying plastic chairs that squeak like they’re judging your weight.
The staff? Absolute gems. They didn’t even flinch when I asked for more herbs than should legally be allowed in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
By the end, I was in a full food coma, smiling like someone just told me gas was under $3 again.
Final verdict: If you don’t eat here, you’re doing life wrong. Bring friends, bring stretchy pants, bring bail money in case someone tries to touch your spring roll.

Solid Vietnamese place in NOVA closer than the Eden Center that serves a variety of dishes besides just pho. Food and service were great! I would definitely come back and take my family here

First time eating here—grand opening was August 2nd. I had the classic rice dish, excellent. I also recommend the lotus shrimp salad. Customer service, excellent. Restaurant and restrooms are very clean. While we were there, musicians were setting up instruments getting ready to play later, but we left before the music started.

Owner was incredibly attentive friendly and so welcoming! Food was INCREDIBLY good, one of the best I’ve had in the dmv area. Highly recommend the sea bass and the banh hoi.

Definitely one of the better Vietnamese places I’ve had. The crispy tofu was done quite well which I really liked. Crispy on outside soft on side with good flavor. The shaking beef was pretty tender and somewhat juicy which was also good. The Vietnamese coffee was the only part I thought was mediocre but overall I had a great experience

I recently had a strong urge for pho and I wanted to go try out a new place, stumbled apon this bistro and as soon as I entered it was an amazing vibe. As soon as I entered I was greeted and sat down quickly. I received the menu right away and got to ordering. After careful consideration I chose the steak pho and let me tell you IT DID NOT DISSAPOINT. The meat was so tender and the broth tasted so good it was thick yet light at the same time 100/10 rating. Now the severs were amazing as I said I was seated and had my ordering immediately but there was a particular one that stood out. Darell was very friendly and polite to me he helped me choose the steak pho and just made me feel all around good. He was efficient on bringing my food and even made drinks!!. Doing two jobs at once is crazy and so impressive! 10/10 service and I would recommend this place over and over.
