The food here was awful. We ordered chicken wings and pho with 2 fried eggs. The chicken wings were undercooked and when we sent them back and got a new order it was still undercooked. The pho tasted old and not flavorful. The eggs…well never mind, pictures are posted. Wish I could give this place zero stars.

Gave it another try but it's just not for me. Smells like cigarettes inside. Wontons under cooked. Lemongrass chili shrimp the waitress told me was their spiciest dish but it didn't have much flavor at all. Rice was clearly old and crusty/harder than it should have been. No refills of water offered. Took a long time for someone to get my check.

First and last time dining at this establishment. Ordered spring rolls which was good. Pork chops with meatloaf rice was not good and tasted notfresh quality. Thumbs down. Decor look old run down. They did provide Great service.

We ordered spring rolls, pho-Thai, rice and chicken, and vegetarian Ap-Chao. The biggest complaint here was with the vegetarian dish. When it came out of the kitchen there was shrimp, chicken, and shrimp in the dish. The problem is that two of the three party members have severe shellfish allergies and when the server was informed we were told "it's okay, just eat around it." Sadly this is not how cross contamination works and could have resulted in a server allergic reaction, or worse, to two of the diners. The restaurant made no attempt at rectifying the situation and the rest of the time the server did not come back out and had to be found to pay. The other dishes were actually pretty enjoyable but being told to eat around the seafood and not remaking the dish rates one star

My coffee wasn’t hot and my lunch meal was missing my spring roll.. but I never saw my server again. The Saigon spicy vegetable tofu was sooo delicious though that I’m willing to look past that ?Vegetarian options: A whole vegetarian menu! ?

Very good food and good service. Food came quickly and was excellent. I had the chicken w/ lemongrass chili and the chicken was very well cooked. Melt in your mouth taste and texture. Overall I would fully recommend to anyone who likes Vietnamese food. The only thing I wish would change would be that more people went there.

We arrived 30mins before closing and asked if they were still serving. The owner told us, "No problem, please sit where you'd like." She was very sweet, and the service was perfect. My wife and I ordered Vietnamese Spring rolls and grilled chopped pork over vermicelli, with double vegetables instead of vermicelli. The chopped pork was tender and well seasoned, and the vegetables were plentiful and fresh. The spring rolls were delicious also. Since Saigon Outcast closed, Saigon Cafe will now be my goto for Vietnamese food. Enjoy!

Fantastic Pho. Real pho. Very kind and good customer service. Outside looks trashy. Inside is not much better. But the food honestly is phonomenal.

From the outside it looks like an average pho spot but once you walk in you get a whiff of the broth and it smells delicious we tried the fried spring rolls, they were so crunchy and very delicious. We also order bowls of their chicken pho soup, we are used to being ask whether we want a S or a L this time we weren't asked and when the bowls came out they were huugggee overall everything was delicious and flavorful i would definitely recommend going there 10/10

The beef stew is FANTASTIC. Big beefy chunks of beef with a sweet flavor to them. Highly recomended!

Service is decent, food could use bigger portions. The chairs are in desperate need of new cushions. The carpet shows is never been cleaned. This place is in desperate need of a restaurant make over.

The best fried spring rolls I have ever had in my life. I've been eating here since I was about 3 years old. I'm now 29 and still dream about eating the spring rolls, grilled beef, and pho. They used to have a spicy seafood salad that was ??? too! I'm not sure if Kathy still owns it, but my mom and dad used to say, "Let's go to Kathy's!" And she was always so sweet!
