Santini's New York Style Deli - Sterling

Came in shortly before closing time, felt bad about it but i was craving a steak and cheese! However the sweet ladies were very kind! i didn’t feel rushed, and was met with smiles! Instead of just shouting my order number from behind the counter- one girl nicely walked it all the way over to me- that’s great customer service! Thank you ladies! ☺️

Service was poor. 3 ladies working looked upset and unhappy to be there . I walked up and they spoke Spanish amongst each other, bare acknowledged me and took my payment.

Then a few other customers walked up after me and they were much more pleasant after they spoke Spanish. Food was subpar.

I just came from there and this review has to do with the service. These women are not happy behind the counter. Don’t ask me why. They seem to know if you have left a small tip or no tip at all. They seem to have a real chip on their shoulder. They are not friendly and they think they are doing you a favor.

Tried for the first time. We got the pastrami and Italian sandwich. Didn’t taste bad but they use very low quality ingredients and upset our stomachs a little bit. Not fresh. Don’t recommend.

I don’t know what has happened to this restaurant. I’ve been eating here for over 20 years. Boy has it gone down hill. The quality of the food is simply bad. If I could give it 0 stars I would. What a shame.

What happened to your pizza, I have been ordering food from your restaurants for many years, maybe even 10, when your shop was next door to where it is in Sterling, the food was amazing. today I ordered a cheese pizza with sausage & pepperoni, it was awful, bland, very little sauce and toppings, I was extremely disappointed, I will never order pizza from you again, your competition is much better and just as convenient.
