Picked up food for delivery, and part of the order was a sandwich we requested without cheese. Received the order, and when we double-checked the sandwich, it had cheese.
There was some attitude from the cook, was handed re-made sandwich without a word from another employee. No apology or anything. Felt awkward but let it go.
When we got home to enjoy a slice of cake, however, there was paper inside the cake layers. Yikes.
Reston location is so much better.

DON’T GO HERE!!! FOOD SUCKS & SERVICE IS RUDE!! The rudest women work there. I stopped going 6 months ago because of the way they treat their customers, but today I gave them another chance. Once again, cashier was unfriendly, didn’t smile, didn’t say hello, and her tone of voice and demeanor were very rude. I felt extremely unwelcome. And they messed up my order. Food sucks too. Have to order (pay for) extra meat on steak and cheese so it doesn’t taste like it’s all bread. Cold subs are only good thing on menu, and I’ve tried a lot of different things.

Santinis use to have great customer service. It’s gone downhill with the ladies they have working up front. I called in an order for curbside and the lady sighed on the phone like she was annoyed that I asked for curbside. At the end of placing my order I told her the vehicle I would be in and she sighed again, again sounded annoyed and said ok and hung up. It is super disrespectful, if you don’t like your job then look for another one. Don’t take it out on the customers requesting something you offer and something reasonable. This place is one of my go to’s but if I’m going to get service like this I’d rather go elsewhere , I know of other people I’ve spoken to who have said the same thing.

The calzones are incredible, with plenty of meat inside. Sometimes I mix it up with the steak and cheese sub, which is also very good. They have 5 kinds of fries, which are always very plentiful. My favorite is the brew city fries.
They also often have Junior's cheesecake, but with the size of the meals, I usually take that to go.

The pizza was terrible no sauce and dry. I understand uber took forever to pick it up but damn have some pride in your food.I spent 15 bucks on old pizza and 5.5 wings it was supposed to be 6 full pieces not 5 and a half deformed one. I would never eat here again. Someone else said it takes like school pizza. This was worse my school order dominoes. I might as well have ordered from them. Good thing I had a coupon. Don't waste your money people!!!!!!!! One of the worst I ever had!

Every few months I have lunch here. Everyone knows the quality and freshness of the made-to-order deli sandwiches is great. I wanted to add the most important thing: the friendly and smart staff who go out of their way to make sure you get whatever you have ordered exactly as you wanted it. They make it a pleasure to go there.

The food keeps getting a little bit less tasty and you get less of it. And prices go up slowly. Also the workers ask for a tip with the turning of the register for making the sandwich. I wish we were back to the old days again.
This place has amazing pizza. But, on top of that, the customer service is top notch. They are so friendly! You have to try the super huge cakes too. Highly recommend!
