Staff polite California rolls delicious. Great place to go when I’m at the mall. Best food in the food court! They occasionally give free sauce.

I havnt been to this location in awhile as I used to come all the time. The portions are much less of what you used to get. You pay just the same if not more but get less food. Very disappointing.

Shrimp was burnt, vegetables were undercooked, rice was dry, and the so called "chef" took longer than any other japanese restaurant I've been to. My normal wait is about 5 minutes. This man took more than 10 minutes. How can you overcook one thing, yet undercook another on the same dish? Did they overcook the rice too? Or not add enough water? IT'S RICE! HOW TO YOU SCREW UP RICE!? Your "chef" needs to be trained better on how to cook food.

I just received my delivery and sarku japan didn’t prepare my dish , I was given a bunch of rice. And about 10 pieces of chicken and a Lil sauce, this is really ridiculous, I am pissed , give me what I paid

Food and service were very good, but some dumb YouTuber kept harassing people in the Food Court. I'm surprised he hasn't been shot yet.

This place has gone downhill so fast. They give you half of what you would normally get. In fact, paying extra for double meat doesn't even give you what you would have gotten with their regular size. They even got rid of their Siracha. Stop being so cheap!
