Paying $3.17 for a 16.9 FL oz Dear Park water is simply outrageous. This is basic bottled water — nothing fancy — and charging this much feels like taking advantage of customers. If I weren’t in urgent need, I would’ve never paid such an absurd price. Price markups are one thing, but this crosses the line. You really should reconsider your pricing before more people start noticing.

I paid for 1 large lemonade drink and they give me large cup full of ice & little be lemonade I went back to get a refill & the manager (Antonio Umaña) refused to get me refill. I told him the cup was full of Ice but his attitude as manager was very poor & not the best. I will not go back ever again or tell any of my friends to go there and eat with this service, besides we are regular customers but at this point I'll tell people go to other restaurants but not this one it's a rip off

Looking for something to eat at the food court came across Sbarro and their slices of pizza looked very fresh. Got a slice of plain pizza and garlic bread and it was very tasty especially the garlic bread.

This is the first time I've had the opportunity to try Sbarro even though I've been to multiple different malls with Sbarros in themThe staff at the Dulles Mall location were very friendly and polite and seemed to maintain a positive attitude even though they were very busy. We ordered 2 of the XL NY style slices and they were very very good. I love the fresh crispness of the dough throughout the slice and the ingredients were fresh as well.I dont know if you can order Sbarros "by the pizza" instead of "by the slice" but I'll definitely be a regular if you can

Pooooor customer service by the little Spanish person. She shouldn't work if she has problems with people. It was a really a bad experience trying to order their special at 2:15pm Sunday July 18th. Hope a owner, manager or supervisor does something with this uneducated person working for this company. Sbarro at the mall of Sterling VA.
I was there ordering pizza and spaghetti for my kids and the girl ignored me and took order from the person behind me! The customer service was weak and I will never back to here again.

Personally, one of my favorite pizza places. I've been going here since I was a very young child, around 6 years old, and I still stop by to grab a slice every now and then when I'm in the area. The food is great and the staff are easy to deal with.
