I paid for 1 large lemonade drink and they give me large cup full of ice & little be lemonade I went back to get a refill & the manager (Antonio Umaña) refused to get me refill. I told him the cup was full of Ice but his attitude as manager was very poor & not the best. I will not go back ever again or tell any of my friends to go there and eat with this service, besides we are regular customers but at this point I'll tell people go to other restaurants but not this one it's a rip off

Looking for something to eat at the food court came across Sbarro and their slices of pizza looked very fresh. Got a slice of plain pizza and garlic bread and it was very tasty especially the garlic bread.

This is the first time I've had the opportunity to try Sbarro even though I've been to multiple different malls with Sbarros in themThe staff at the Dulles Mall location were very friendly and polite and seemed to maintain a positive attitude even though they were very busy. We ordered 2 of the XL NY style slices and they were very very good. I love the fresh crispness of the dough throughout the slice and the ingredients were fresh as well.I dont know if you can order Sbarros "by the pizza" instead of "by the slice" but I'll definitely be a regular if you can

Pooooor customer service by the little Spanish person. She shouldn't work if she has problems with people. It was a really a bad experience trying to order their special at 2:15pm Sunday July 18th. Hope a owner, manager or supervisor does something with this uneducated person working for this company. Sbarro at the mall of Sterling VA.

Personally, one of my favorite pizza places. I've been going here since I was a very young child, around 6 years old, and I still stop by to grab a slice every now and then when I'm in the area. The food is great and the staff are easy to deal with.

Went and ordered a whole pizza, gentleman wanted to give me the one that had been sitting out and I asked the gentleman to make us a fresh one since he would have had to replace the other pizza anyways. He wasn't real happy about it and gave an attitude. He started to make the pizza (no hand washing/no gloves). I asked the woman if I could pay but she didn't seem to understand me so I asked him if I could pay as I wanted to go wash my hands. He then took my money, and gave me my change and then went back to making the pizza without washing his hands or wearing gloves. I then stopped him and said I don't mean to be rude but would you please wash your hands or put on gloves you were just touching money which is extremely dirty and then putting your hands in my food. Again he wasn't happy about it washed his hand half a$$, dried his hands with a towel that is probably used to wipe up messes, but he did put gloves on. He did replace the dough he was using for my pizza since I told him to, but he put it right back in the bin so the next pizza made was made with dirty hands. I stood around and watched him until the pizza was in the oven and came back before it came out. I don't know if this is a problem at all Sbarro's or just this one but I won't be eating at this one every again.It seems that the employees need to be trained how to properly handle food. Need one cashier, one serving the pasta foods and one making the pizza's.

So after going to the movies at Dulles Town Center, I was hungry and wandered into the food court. I knew there was a Sbarro’s there and was happy to get something that wasn’t fried or just overly huge. I took a gander at the menu but it is a simple menu. I was internal debating between a slice of white pizza or the sausage, pepperoni & bacon Stromboli. I got the Stromboli and was so happy that they put it in the little conveyor belt to heat it up. It wasn’t overly expensive and it was still hot when I got home. The dough was great and it had a ton of cheese and meat in it. It really hit the spot.
