Siam Spice Thai Cuisine

Hello, I ordered the Crabmeat Fried Rice and Beef Pad Seew as our entree, one Thai Iced Tea and Sticky Rice for dessert, for us to share today. I was here two years ago and liked the Shrimp Pad Thai and another item which i cannot remember anymore. Anyway, here's my comments this time. The fried rice lacks the smokiness flavor, and can hardly see any crabmeat at all. The noodles, lacks the taste of dark and regular soy sauce, the green ingredients (family of bok choy) is bitter, instead of using basil leaves, it doesn't add flavor but make you dislike the dish, and the beef ingredients does not taste fresh. The sticky rice is salty. I did not complain and still gave the proper tip. Overall, it is just ok for me. I hope i just got them at a wrong time. 🙏🏼

Lady working was nice. However, misheard my order, kinda gaslighted me on what I said (friend confirmed what I said) and didn’t give me tofu in my dish. Then when I asked she gave me a side of tofu and half of them were definitely expired or had gone bad and now I’m feeling the consequences

So good! We got the shrimp in a blanket, drunken noodles and spicy basil fried rice and everything was amazing. The spice level on the fried rice was perfection.

Flew in from NC and staying over for 2 days here for international flight. Was trying to figure out which restaurant delivered and was craving some Thai. The food was decent, nothing I would brag about. We ordered (didn’t take any photos because we were hungry) Chicken pad thai, chicken wings, Tangy twin and veggie soup. The soup was the most tastiest surprisingly. The pad Thai noodles was a little too done to our liking and needed more sauce. The wings were huge (not a fan) and Tangy twin wasn’t worth the price, the rice it came with was very small container not what I was expecting for the price of $20. This was the closest to our hotel for delivery option. Would I recommend it? Maybe, but, prolly better if we dined in rather than delivery but since we didn’t have a rental car we had to do delivery.

Decided to dine in for lunch after an unnecessary trip to the Harbor Freight. Normally I’d go with a standard Thai dish, but after reading the description, I tried one of their signature dishes. I gambled on the Dynamite Chicken and it was an unexpected treat. The fried chicken covered in a sauce that had lime, cilantro, fish sauce, and some heat was amazing. The only thing I’d change is to ask for more rice in place of the little salad it comes with.
Also the black milk tea was fantastic.

I always have a test meal for my first visit and they knocked it out of the park , I really must recommend it, looking forward to going back
