The baristas are always kind and thoughtful, even when they're busy. Free refills for sticking around. A comfortable place to work all day. Reception, temperature, music volume all great. AND they play more Salsa music than any starbucks I've ever been in. ITS AWESOME. 10/10

I stopped getting coffee from here a while back because my orders were often wrong (missing something extra I'd added on, wrong size). Husband was eating next door so thought I'd try again and i had him pick up my mobile order and once again it's wrong. Paid extra for cold foam on my venti shaken espresso and no cold foam.
My orders are not complicated, usually just the addition of cold foam to an iced drink. I'm not sure how they can't get it correct....

This is my second time coming here in the past year, the last time I also had a terrible experience with the person at window. This time I ordered 3 drinks - the person who took my order was incredibly impatient, and the girl at the window had long brown curly hair. She was rude from the beginning and snapped at my dad to quickly press the tip options, (my dad is an older man who struggles with technology :( ). I will not be coming back here because of the terrible customer service, local coffee shops nearby have outstanding employees, especially compared to this place.

sweetest guy at drive-thru window today (2/26) and my coffee tasted amazing! i'm not sure his name, but give him a shout out. his smile was like the sun outside. being as early as 8 in the morning, deserves 5 stars! ⭐️

The manager's attitude is very problomatic, looks as if she treats the employees very badly, it is obvious that they are afraid of her, for the 15 years that she says she has been working it's surprising the customer service and lack of patience that she has. There are rules that they tell us which we accept as customers, but we do not accept an arrogant response when we corrected our drink...!! She need to be more carefuland patience with the customers, After their horrible treatment we decided to go to the place in front, Kung Fu Tea, to enjoy our Starbucks Coffee just because we corrected her coffee and she got upset..
