I came to this Starbucks 2 times and waited for a long time, no one came. Someone called the barista but he still hasn't come. I can't believe it. And it happened to me 2 times and if you read the reviews. I feel like this happened to other customers too. There is no good service at all

I just can’t believe that “people” like Kevin has a job he doesn’t behave like a person!!! I got to the store he didn’t even stare at me, took him 3 minutes to come and stand in front of me and jut stood there , I said Hi he didn’t replied back, I asked for tall white mocha Frappuccino and when he grabbed the cup for hot coffe I said I asked for frappe he looked horrid at me and twisted his mouth and went to do it and took forever to do it and he was throwing everything around him. Honestly he should not have a job.

What a wonderful vibrant place to get your coffee. 5 stars across the board, came here and was more than satisfied. Don’t listen to the other reviews, they are extremely immature, incorrect and flat-out wrong.

This wonderful young barista gave me the best iced coffee known to man. His technique, form, and customer service were exquisite. I had never been more appreciated before by any store employee before as much as this man. I can happily say that I will be a returning customer to this establishment. Thank you Kevin for your generosity, I highly recommend this Starbucks for your morning coffee!

The young gentleman here with the curly hair is on his phone constantly, he doesn’t greet the customers and when I order a Carmel frappe it was water down. He also told me after I payed that there was no whipped cream and the ice machine wasn’t working so they get their ice from Safeway freezer. He doesn’t ask customers for their name and he just stands still staring at you until you realize that your order is ready. He ended up remaking my order and it still wasn’t as good.

Starbucks service is horrible here. I got someone named Kevin who had to ask twice how to make my drinks and still got them wrong, had attitude when I was ordering, couldn’t hear him as he was mumbling and had a horrible look on his face. Asked for my drinks to be blended and he didn’t blend them, got them iced instead.
