I went to the mall with my friends and me and one of my friends ordered two tall waters and we get two small waters and then all of my friends and me we ran from store to store and obviously we were thirsty and tired so we all wanted water and we went to order water (which is free btw) and I immediately notice the cashier (bro be lookin like the nerd emoji) shift his expression into an irritated expression for some reason, my friend ordered 4 TALL waters and we waited in line for about 15 minutes, they finally served us our water but guess what? He served ONE SMALL water and we thought they were gonna make more but he made it so it was 1 item of 1, so we obviously reentered the line but the manager (zesty ah) told us that it was our final order since we were "ordering too much" so we ordered again but they only served one small cup so we eventually gave up

Can anyone tell me what's going on with the counter in this store?I waited in line to buy coffee, and finally it was my turn, counter clerk dispersed, wondering what they were doing. After waiting for ten minutes, an Asian finally came to serve me. I got the latte I ordered quickly, but I had to wait ten minutes for the freshly brewed coffee. This purchase took me a full 20 minutes. I originally wanted to leave a tip, but the quality of service made me give up!

Without a doubt the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had.

My order has been wrong for the last two times. I wonder how long have latte and mocha been the same? I order a Latte but I get a Mocha and it claims to be the same thing. It was truly a great experience. This was my last time here. Thanks!

My drink wasn’t properly made. My cup was meant to be lined with caramel and it was drizzled on top of my frappe and I was supposed to get extra crunch topping but barely got any. They only called out my first drink even though my second drink came out at a different time than the first. The last time I went here, my espresso tasted bitter and burnt like the shot pulled too long or the machine needed to be cleaned. She remade my drink and it tasted the same but I had no time to get it fixed again so I left. I’m disappointed. I used to love coming here.
