Bad customer service, can’t even say hi I stand there and they keep talking no acknowledgement at all. I had to say hi can I have late. This is older caucasian lady and Hispanic young lady. Then the young lady walked away from the store. As I was leaving another Caucasian customer came this lady was just interned the store not even close to the register and she say good morning how can I help you Which was the right thing to do, but I didn’t feel welcome. I had to stand there and waited and when no one acknowledged me she had to greet them. I have work in customer service for 10+ as a management and I got this is racism and sad.

Listen, if you guys are ever at starbucks in sterling; look for Dulce. She makes the best drinks ever with her magical touch. I don't know what I ordered but I told her to suprise me and this drink tasted like strawberry short cake ice cream. Highly recommend. I think it's a matcha drink and the cold foam is strawberry. MY FAVORITE BARISTA

Thomas seems to not understand basic “hi or hello” I don’t mind to wait at all, I get it. But to simply not acknowledge people waiting in line is beyond me. Or hey be right with ya..it made not order ?.

I ordered a Java chip frap grande. I waited and she pushed out a double chocolate frap. Neither me or the person waiting ordered that, and she claimed someone picked up my order even though I had been standing there the whole time. Then she makes the “Java chip frap” but makes it a tall. Then she made a grande but made it a Java mint. I took it because I was tired of her making it over again, but I was certainly not happy. Plus she had made mine before she made mine before she made the person’s in front of me so I felt even worse. And the cashier was completely confused and barely helped her figure out the order mix up.

Been to quite a few of these. Really most of these places need to learn from Chick-fil-A about food service and atmosphere but perhaps they are making so much money because of stupid consumers that they don't care and really waiting for people to ask for better for what they are paying in these stores. Not a bad place but just average.
