I’m visiting from North Carolina and I was set using my computer and I had a worker come and tell me” unless your buying something you can’t be here” I said “Ok sure I’ll make a order through the app” “Oh our POS system is down it’s only cash” so I can’t buy anything when the system is down and there wasn’t a sign saying that. I wanted to buy something but it wasn’t working. I would never come back to this location and the Workers are nasty. It could have been addressed differently……

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this Starbucks drive-thru this morning. I was handed a scalding hot Americano with a defective sleeve that unraveled as I grabbed it, causing the entire drink to spill over my hand and give me a first-degree burn. While the barista was polite and remade my drink, along with offering paper napkins, when asked, that doesn’t change the fact that I left with a burned hand—something I definitely didn’t pay for.

Had the drink been double-cupped, as it usually is, this could have been avoided. But I suppose cutting costs takes priority over customer safety. Well done.

I had a disappointing experience at Starbucks recently. I ordered coffee at the drive-thru and handed over my personal cup, expecting the usual great service. However, the barista simply poured the coffee into the cup without adding the toppings I had requested. When I asked about it, she made an excuse about not wanting to put them in. On top of that, she completely forgot my food order. I had to go inside to sort it out, and then waited another 10 minutes to finally receive the food I’d already paid for. Definitely not the level of service I’ve come to expect from Starbucks.

While the baristas are usually nice, it’s always super slow. I usually order ahead in the app and wait ten minutes to drive there and then usually wait another 20 minutes for a black coffee. Unfortunately there’s not a Dunkin closer or I’d much prefer their coffee.

Every time I order from this location, my coffee is consistently made incorrectly. It’s incredibly frustrating, and at this point, it’s become a pattern. By far, this is the worst Starbucks location I’ve encountered in the entire DMV area.

I love my local Starbucks. The renovations they did make the place more open and inviting. I have always had wonderful service here. Once my breakfast sandwich wasn’t heated through and when I called they refunded my Starbucks account. Always will get an hello and a have a nice day from those behind the counter. Also the decor is beautiful unlike the Starbucks in Cascades that chose to place giant divisive flags on their walls. No politics or social divisiveness at the CountrySide Starbucks, it’s wonderful. Plus they have a drive through.
