I cannot say enough good things about my visit to the Countryside Marketplace location! The vibe there is great, but Mari at the drive-thru absolutely made my day.

She is, without a doubt, the best barista I have ever spoken to. She isn't just a good worker; she is a genuinely kind and magnetic person. We had a fantastic conversation at the window she was super friendly, authentic, and so easy to talk to. I love getting to know the staff when I get my drink, but chatting with Mari was a standout experience that I haven't had before. She is a gem of a person and a huge asset to this Starbucks team!

This location had the most rude and unprofessional staff I've experienced anywhere. There were several personal conversations happening when I walked in, all of which were so loud that it was almost comical. When I approached the counter, I was ignored by each employee there who decided the front register wasn't their responsibility. Fortunately, one barista, who was busy restocking supplies, noticed that no one stopped talking in order to assist me. She came over and was very polite. I wish I had gotten her name as I would love to let management know how wonderful their one working employee was. If I wasn't having my vehicle serviced nearby, I would have left this location without making a purchase. I will not return and would not recommend this location.

I absolutely love the Starbucks here at Countryside! I’m a college student and I come here as much as I can because it’s such a great place to study and hang out with friends! Staff is always welcoming and they check up on me even though they don’t have to. I’m so excited for the winter menu, my go-to at the moment is the iced sugar cookie latte. I definitely recommend it next time you visit!

I had the same experience as the most recent reviewer before me: I was there just 2 days ago and the baristas were really loud which became quite annoying having to hear them yell and joke with each other nonstop. Also, I ordered a second drink after a couple hours of being there with my laptop and it took them exactly 20, TWENTY MINUTES, to make a tall drink while the place was empty of new customers but after the first 10 minutes after my order, 3 other people kept waiting too by the mobile order area. There really was no excuse for them to take 20 minutes to make one drink with five of them behind the counter !!

I was very disappointed in this store. I was there doing work and for a majority of the time, several of the workers were talking so loud they were almost yelling. They were being insensitive to others feelings and opinions. It seemed as though the store manager, or someone in charge, was sitting next to me and they did not correct the workers at all. I could hear their whole conversation through my headphones. If I did not have work that needed to be done in a timely fashion, I would have left. One worker in particular even questioned guests orders asking them why they choose to get one thing over another. The lack of maturity and some professionalism was very disappointing to witness. I can confidently say I will not be coming to this store again.

I’m visiting from North Carolina and I was set using my computer and I had a worker come and tell me” unless your buying something you can’t be here” I said “Ok sure I’ll make a order through the app” “Oh our POS system is down it’s only cash” so I can’t buy anything when the system is down and there wasn’t a sign saying that. I wanted to buy something but it wasn’t working. I would never come back to this location and the Workers are nasty. It could have been addressed differently……

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this Starbucks drive-thru this morning. I was handed a scalding hot Americano with a defective sleeve that unraveled as I grabbed it, causing the entire drink to spill over my hand and give me a first-degree burn. While the barista was polite and remade my drink, along with offering paper napkins, when asked, that doesn’t change the fact that I left with a burned hand—something I definitely didn’t pay for.

Had the drink been double-cupped, as it usually is, this could have been avoided. But I suppose cutting costs takes priority over customer safety. Well done.
