Starbucks

While the baristas are usually nice, it’s always super slow. I usually order ahead in the app and wait ten minutes to drive there and then usually wait another 20 minutes for a black coffee. Unfortunately there’s not a Dunkin closer or I’d much prefer their coffee.

Every time I order from this location, my coffee is consistently made incorrectly. It’s incredibly frustrating, and at this point, it’s become a pattern. By far, this is the worst Starbucks location I’ve encountered in the entire DMV area.

I love my local Starbucks. The renovations they did make the place more open and inviting. I have always had wonderful service here. Once my breakfast sandwich wasn’t heated through and when I called they refunded my Starbucks account. Always will get an hello and a have a nice day from those behind the counter. Also the decor is beautiful unlike the Starbucks in Cascades that chose to place giant divisive flags on their walls. No politics or social divisiveness at the CountrySide Starbucks, it’s wonderful. Plus they have a drive through.

Very bad, they gave me white water and there was dirty water under the cup and I asked for a coffee misto. It made me feel very disgusted.

This is become my "goto" Starbucks. I live in the neighborhood, and many of the baristas know before I even go to order what I want and the ceramic cup that I prefer my coffee to be in. Great place!

I ordered my coffee this morning and they completely messed up my order. I asked for almond milk they gave me nonfat I’m allergic to dairy milk it makes me very sick to my stomach And my drink is like a seven dollar drink and there was no syrup in my drink. I tried to call and let them know because I had to head to work and I couldn’t stop and have them fix it right then in there, but no one answered. I called about a couple times oh and my bagel wasn’t even toasted this is ridiculous I regret leaving a tip

This might be the worst Starbucks I've ever been to, and unfortunately is the closest one to me when visiting family. The baristas are totally fine, until you complain and ask to have your drink remade, which you're gonna have to do inevitably as they NEVER get it right and it always ends up being a terrible drink. I don't understand how it's possible, but my order never once tasted like it's supposed to, and when I ask them to remake it, they get sassy. I would take a good hard look at the training processes or management practices of this place, because places like this give the Starbucks brand a bad name.

The quality of ice drinks/shaken drinks is very poor and it is frustrating. Paying $6 for a grande drink, I expect my drink to be properly shaken or stirred. The past 3 times going to this location my drink has come out looking like the barista did not even bother to shake.

Let me start out with the team and baristas are always super friendly and kind! But this Starbucks SUCKS! It’s slow whether you order ahead, drive through or walk in. The drinks are always made differently and not in a good way. And when you go through the drive through the restaurant next store has their music so loud you have to scream for the people to hear you. I’m so disappointed that this is my local Starbucks and I wish it was better because the location is perfect.

9 out of 10 times their quality is poor, i goto this location every morning, i travel for work and i happen to be 0.5 miles away from this location , i order the same drink every time, not only do they get my drink order wrong occasionally, but the coffee never taste the same, you never know what you're gonna get, be prepared to be disappointed

I am a coffee lover, but the product the offer over there is not a good one. The food is just bad as the coffee. One of the most overrated place in the USA. I will not come back there anymore. The staff just ignore you.
