I still don’t understand how hard it is to make a proper wet cappuccino. It’s disappointing to pay seven dollars for a cappuccino when not a single shop around me seems capable of making one correctly. The foam is always dry, stiff, and unappealing. Honestly, I make a far better cappuccino at home, and it’s frustrating that an overpriced coffee shop can’t produce a true cappuccino. If you’re charging premium prices, you should have the skills to match—right now, you’re selling a craft you haven’t mastered.

This is by FAR the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Hot Drinks have been consistently COLD, my coffee have been watery and not flavorful at all, also some workers there are always in a bad mood, WHICH I wouldn’t care at all if at least they were doing their job in making me a good drink but they are not. Yesterday was my last day at that location, got a WATERY and COLD mocha on my pickup order. I will stop spending money in this location. Do not recommend.

Nice little shoppe and very clean despite high traffic surges before the work day and on hot weekends. One of my favorites. Handy to Ashburn area services, the OneLife gym and the Jackson Clinic where I get excellent physical therapy.
I love Starbucks so much Summer for delicious cold drinks or Winter for hot drinks
