Food is great it’s fine but that one woman worker named jimmy is EXTREMELY rude and always has a very obvious attitude towards me for no reason. I wouldn’t come back if the location wasn’t so convenient. If you get anyone other than Jimmy the service is fine.
Not happy with his attitude .if company running special it is not my fault

The asian lady is so rude in the way she responds when I told I was herr for picking up my order. She gave me the sandwich which I ordered online with some weird expression looking somewhere else. Never coming back here. I hope the management cares about their customers.

I had an absolute worst experience ever in any restaurant today. As soon as I entered the store I saw the main person in charge berating a new staffer. She asked me what I wanted, toasted my bread and went on to veggies. There were some people waiting behind me at that point. She became very nervous, asked what veggies I want in rude way and started to ask about sauce even before I could complete saying what I wanted in veggies. I asked her to slow down, she started to argue and at one point said she doesn't need to sell the sandwiches to me. I requested her to work with me and listen to my order instead of rushing. She put incorrect sauces on my sandwich because she wasn't listening, when I called her out, took the sauces out from the sandwich with a paper napkin, contaminating my sandwich. She then put another incorrect sauce because she wasn't listening again and when she took the paper napkin again I said it's fine and leave it as it is. When I took the coupon Subway sent, she scoffed saying "oh great a coupon". When I asked what's wrong with a subway coupon the cashier said they lose a lot of money because of coupons. When I asked why would Subway send me these, they said they are not required to honor it because it says only participating restaurants on the coupon. They did not have any signage on the door that says they didn't accept coupon, instead they decided to insult me for bringing a coupon in front of all other customers. I was very annoyed with the whole experience and walked out from the store without buying my two footlongs at that point. Another customer told me they put very less veggies and argue if someone asks them to put the correct portion. I can't imagine this sort of experience is isolated just to me with this particular store. Wish these people are held accountable for their pathetic service and insulting their paying customers.

Can’t ever say I have much to complain about this place. There’s a really nice Asian lady there that always has the best smile and I always know my sandwich is gonna be good! She even got me hooked on their new foot long pretzel! What’s not to like? If I ever had a go to (which I already do) it’s subway- cheap- fast- and 10/10 service! Definitely recommend this one for anybody who wants to walk out with a smile!

The Asian woman, whether she's the owner or an employee, was extremely rude. I won't be returning to this store again.She didn't even bother to respond to my questions.P.s) It's genuinely sad to see someone working so unhappily; it makes me feel sorry for your life.

skimp on toppings
Never again. I could be hungry as a hostage and would rather do without before I’d ever step foot in here again. I was mirroring Busta Rhymes trying to get the order out of my mouth.. “what next.. what next.. hold on.” Incredibly rude. Also, if I’m paying for double meat or cheese it would be nice to actually get it. I asked for extra spinach on the veggie sandwich (what was put on there wasn’t a whole portion to begin with) and received two additional leaves. $32 for the equivalent of a loaf of wonder bread. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Mean lady has a attitude if she doesn’t like doings sandwiches change you job , mean and she charged me more money the meat is old , old lattice, old all I wase my money my time
