Service is horrible at this location, the lady was Rude. Didn’t greet, neither made an eye contact. I asked politely for chipotle sauce in one half, she ignored me, I asked a second time she responded “I heard you “ and she started talking on her language. She was by herself so I asked where is your manager she responded back using a high tone of voice “ I am the Owner “ so I continued to asked if this is how she treats the customers and she said YES BECAUSE YOU ARE CHEAP USING COUPONS. And she proceeded to say leave, leave. Subway should consider discontinuing their business to people like this female owner. Worse experience ever. I will never go to this location again.

I’m a regular customer at your store, but I’ve had a bad experience several times with one of the managers. Every time I go to order, she asks me before I even place my order if I have a coupon. If I say yes, she gives me less food, especially the chicken in my Subway. But if I say no, I get the proper amount of food like a normal order.

Food is great it’s fine but that one woman worker named jimmy is EXTREMELY rude and always has a very obvious attitude towards me for no reason. I wouldn’t come back if the location wasn’t so convenient. If you get anyone other than Jimmy the service is fine.
