I was visiting the Town Center Plaza for business and decided to pick-up a sandwich at the local Subway. I regret that decision. I went inside to find a young lady making several sandwiches so I waited until she acknowledged me, seeing she was working on three sandwiches. However, she exhibited such an attitude that I should have just walked out, but I felt it important you the public be aware of this Subway's lack of customer service. I asked a question about the meat, if it was capicola and she snapped back that it was ham. She goes on to ask in a belittling tone, "do you want it or not? " Again, I should of just left, but I didn't. I ended up purchasing the sandwich and leaving knowing I would never come to this location again. Maybe she was having an off day, but to be rude throughout the entire transaction left me wondering if she left in or out something in my sandwich, I mean she didn't even cut it in half, which if I'm not mistaken is how a sandwich is prepared. In any case, the experience was shockingly unpleasant and unprofessional. I won't recommend this location to anyone who asks where to get a quick sub. No way!

The staff was very friendly and efficient and the prices were good. I had a six inch tuna and was a little disappointed. The bread was dry and the tuna was... meh? That familiar smell of freshly baked bread was missing when I walked in. That must have been a sign. Hopefully this was a one off, I’ll try again the next time I pass through.

Started off bad .I asked for a seafood sub .. Woman behind the counter started making a subway club sub.I asked who she was making that for. She said to me that they didn't have seafood anymore. Didn't bother to ask me for another choice just made it. So then I asked for a roasted chicken sub. I went home to eat. Got my friend the chicken sub. When she opened up her sub there was NO chicken in the sub. Went back to Subway to get the roasted chicken sub. The woman employee accused me of eating the chicken off the sub and bringing it back. If that doesn't beat all. She took the original sub and put meat on it and gave to me instead of making a fresh sub. The whole time putting meat on the sub she said I was getting free chicken. Don't ever go here.They are the worst Subway in Virginia.
