Never know if I should order ahead or wait in line. I’ve had them ignore me and make mobile orders while I stand there so I started ordering ahead and now I wait for the line to die down before they will touch my mobile order. If someone could just tell me the best way to order at this location because I only have so much time on my break.
Repeatedly awful ordering experience. I use the mobile app often to order food and half the time I’m there employees tell me they don’t take mobile orders and I have to take the time to show my phone and go over the whole thing just to get the sandwich made, they do actually take mobile orders.
While the restaurant seems incredibly clean and was empty outside of two employees, the entire time I was there, the service was subpar, and the portion size is where the smallest that I’ve ever seen at any location. The staff member who made my food also didn’t speak English very well so the other person had to translate constantly which was a bit frustrating.
The portions were also a 1/4 of what they typically are in terms of the vegetables. I asked for lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and olives and could literally see the bread through the sprinkling of lettuce she put in the sandwich. She literally counted out the pickle slices and black olives individually which I’ve never seen. I think there were eight across my entire footlong. I get that employees have a job to do, but the sandwich I got back was ridiculous, even after having to ask multiple times for a reasonable amount of vegetables. And it made for a very strange experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

Great service! The staff member was very nice and sandwiches were great. The foorlongs are a little pricey but delicious! Very clean spot!

This used to be my favorite Subway in the Sterling area. I knew the employees and they knew me. Now it appears they replaced all the employees with absolutely no english language. The past couple times I've went there they had no idea of anything I was asking.After today it makes sense now why there's only one table occupied and only one server when I went there. There used to be a line going all the way to the door.

I come to this subway often for lunch and The employees there very friendly, and Welcoming.
The employees here are very rude. No greetings, never says hi or Thank you if even you thank them 10 times. They give you the feelings someone has put them by force here and are obliged to work. Please if you don’t like your job try to find something you enjoy doing it.

I had a bad experience trying to order food. I waited in the line for long time to order and lady behind the counter in the afternoon saw me but completely ignored me and asked a male white person behind me about the food. That person was nice enough to ask if I ordered already and I said no...she chose to skip me and ask him? Why? She did not even apologize for that as if it was done on purpose because possibly my ethnicity of south Asian. I just hope it wasn't because of my ethnicity and just a simple mistake. But, even if that was the case...she would have apologized...nope...she apologized to the person behind me and not to me? That says something.
