Using my coupons to bring down high price points. Staff is excellent and very helpful with new kiosk system. Ownership just needs to find a way outside of coupons to make Subway affordable. That is only problem I see in this store not being busier. It has the best service of any food place in the entire shopping center. Clean place to eat. They are doing a lot of things right.

They renovated the place with self ordering tablets. I didn’t know how to use it at first but the manager, Guillermo, was very helpful! The staff who makes the sandwiches are very kind and listen to your concerns. Highly recommend this place if you are a fan of subway food!!!

This location is very well kept! They have touch-screen and online ordering available, and you can see a live update of your order status on the screen. The staff is VERY welcoming, and introduce themselves as soon as you walk through the door.

Ordered an Elite chicken bacon ranch today, with a coupon. Got sliced chicken instead of Rotisserie, and no bacon.

Please check any takeout orders. The receipt was correct but it seems like they skimped on my sandwich on purpose because I used a coupon and it was for pickup.

The people behind the counter are very welcoming. They followed the customization precisely. I’ve been to other subways in and around sterling, but this one is the best of all and great falls one is the worst. Good job guys.

This service was so disappointing. I was ordering some food maybe like 40 minutes before they closed because I had a really long day and i just wanted to order some food I was hungry and they refused to take my order even though they had time to make it, I only ordered a cookie and a drink. I was so disappointed because this was just a terrible experience and I would've never expected this from subway.

I was on my way from work getting off a 7 hour shift and was craving a delicious cookie so I order it online like 30 minutes before closing. I waited and I see that my order has been CANCELED but it wasn’t even 10 yet and I was really excited about that cookie since I haven’t had one in months and was literally starving. I was devastated after thinking about that cookie all day and those cookies are bomb bomb. The workers couldn’t fit a small little order of a cookie is embarrassing I would’ve expected better.
